I accepted a job at a medical center in Waco and plan on moving to the area in January from across the country. I have never been to Waco before so I was hoping someone would have a few suggestions on safe and affordable suburbs around Waco. I'm looking to rent either an apartment or a small home. Any insight you could provide would be so greatly appreciated!

Check out these new townhomes that are coming in Summer 2013 to Waco! They are close to downtown with quick access to I-35! Pre-leasing is going on now!
