Waco man convicted of daughter's sex abuse to be released from prison

A former Waco man, who served more than four years in prison in the alleged sexual abuse of his daughter stemming from incidents 28 years ago, soon will be free after the Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas said he should not have been arrested.

Sexual assault cases where there is no evidence are so sad. As long as some people lie about it for whatever reasons, it puts a very bad taste in the air. Not all are innocnet, but not all are guilty. It could happen to any adult and unless it happens to you or a close friend, you have no idea what it does to be accused.
