Would much rather have Dr. Reed representing Minnesota in Washington than Ms. Bachmann.

Wow the liberals really hate Bachmann. She is one of the few in Congress willing to stand up against the Democrat socialist agenda. Seems that the Democrats just don't like to allow people to have their freedom or their own money because they think they are so much more intelligent than the population. We need more politicians that are willing to fight for freedom and not trash the constitution like the Obama administrationis working to do. Keep fighting for our freedom Congresswoman Bachmann!

"First, Americans can solve tough problems. Second, a bright future is not accidental. We create a bright future when we put rhetoric aside, focus on the real problems and work hard together." Why do we always have to work hard together? It's always this we stuff w/the dems. How about everybody take care of their own mess and not bother others? Not that I'm a fan of Bachman.

How touching. Did you read that in your coloring book?

Way to go, Dr. Reed. The Republican candidate may not actually be sane.

Name calling pours from the left because they are void of defense for their actions. As Darwin professes, these people who cannot handle personal responsibility will soon be gone. I am sure you have faith that Darwin is correct.

Darwinian wrote: <quoted text> Willful ignorance is, indeed, scary.... Willfully ignorant of what? Please tell us, because with a statement like that, surely you have something in mind that's more substantial than the fact that she's a conservative. Or maybe you think conservatism itself is a willfully ignorant viewpoint?

News flash! October 17, 2008 (approximately 2 1/2 weeks before the November 5th election)- Michele Bachmann calls for a formal investigation into each and every member of Congress to see which, if any, hold anti-American views on national television. 2 1/2 weeks later she easily wins re-election. Anyone who thinks they are going to beat Bachmann in the 6th district is absolutely nuts. She is an over-the-top, divisive, partisan hack... and the constituents of the 6th district LOVE her for it. I feel like the 6the district of MN is kind of like our version of Austin, TX. For the most part, it just kind of makes you scratch your head and wonder... why?

Going downhill wrote: Keep fighting for our freedom Congresswoman Bachmann! She will certainly fight. She just will never accomplish anything. Not only do all of her political opponents thnk she's nuts, her Republican colleagues ain't exactly jumping on her bandwagon either. They want nothing to with her for fear of being tagged with her stupidity like "Hoot Smalley", "Carter Flu", "Obama Reeducation Camps", "Anti American Memebers of Congress". She is amusing though and it will be a little quiter after 2010 in congress.

Where's Dr. Reed's campaign donation collection bucket? I have a couple of bucks to donate for her election campaign. At least Dr. Reed might bring some political stability, integrity, and panache to this beleaguered Congressional district. If the election was today, I would vote for her instead of the present incumbent.{It's hard to be civil and cool when referring to the present loose wagon wheel in office. Notice no name mentioned but the implications are intended!}

I wouldn't worry to much about Michelle Bachmann loosing her seat from one of these morons, the liberal democrats will be fighting for their life next election, you can see the backlash in the poll numbers right now, and there doesn't seem to be anything that is going to change that. Remember not to use facts when you talk with a liberal, they get confused to easily, they deal with emotion, not fact.. They should worry more about who they are going to run for president next time, at the rate obama is going he will not be re elected..

"Why do we always have to work hard together? It's always this we stuff w/the dems. How about everybody take care of their own mess and not bother others? Not that I'm a fan of Bachman." ~ That seems to be a part of the problem with the republicans currently...no one wants to work together and they only think about themselves..that is what you call thinking locally, not globally. Cooperation and the ability to work well with others is key to our existence, don't you get that? Or is it that you just don't care? Sad if the latter is the case.
