I have tried her bread and it is great. She buys the grain then grinds it. It is truely whole grain. The level of flavor is wonderful. The kids tell me to buy it. Try the honey wheat made with a local mans honey. She also can make her bread to your diet needs. Wow..how often does that happen in todays automated world. give it a try
