It's not the public who needs to understand the big picture and long term needs of our national infastructure, it's our idiotic elected officlals who have stolen the gas tax monies for other things so our roads which were not built to handle the millions of people coming to America and CA have been totally neglected until a disaster happens like a bridge falls down. What the public needs to understand just how well our politicians lie and steal the money for their pet projects.

I would like to know what kind of damage will be done to children, seniors and others with respertory aliments that will be around the second hand smoke, will they be getting a contact high as an added benifit. Isn't it a fact that smoke travels through air ducts, walls and open windows, will we be enabling another generation of "POT HEADS"

Drug users are worthless filth. They bring the rest of us who are honest and hard working down to their low level. Lock em all up for life, they have forfeited any right to walk among hard working honest people. If that costs, so be it, I for one am willing to pay to see this filth off our streets. Don't let the wrinkles fool you, the elderly learned their bad habits at a young age and bring them into their old age, but their age does not forgive their crimes. Rotten useless filth.
