FBI & Now - Wilmington, DE Police "Obstruction of Justice"

Mr. Biden,
I still have not heard back from your office? I requested an appointment with you and have been extremely proactive to 1) Try and avoid filing an "Assault" complaint so that my Rights To Free Legal Services would be honored in Delaware as they should. 2) The Attorney Generals office has not addressed my serious concerns regarding "Obstruction of Justice" and has provided little assitance to date? For about one week now I have visited the Wilmington, DE Police to file a criminal complaint of "Assault" against Attorney Molchen. I have received many excuses as to why the complaint couldn't be issued as Officers needed to reach Attorney Molchen first. Well today I was escorted by Police Officer Russell for the purpose of doing just that. I was told by dispatch to meet a police patrol at the front of The Legal Service Corporation of Delaware, Inc. located at 100 West 10th Street Suite 203. I was then told to stay down stairs and await the return of two patrolman. When they came down to my surpise I was led away in handcuffs? Attorney Molchen magically had a warrant out for my arrest? This didn't exactly pass my smell test how about yours? I should be the Plaintiff not the Defendant here. By the way my complaint still has not been filed but I will again attempt to do such tonight. Background & Evidence will clearly demonstrate that this is just another ugly instance of "Obstruction of Justice". If Mt. Laurel, N.J. Police would have enforced my "Theft By Deception" complaint in N.J. I would not need to file for personal bankruptcy in DE. My former spouse Marni Weiss-Mills hid millions during divorce proceedings and Mt. Laurel, N.J. police witheld evidence and are party to "Obstruction of Justice".
