An online jewelry company, name Jewely Adviser, based in Vorhees is to be avoided. My Experience: Buying a birthday gift for my wife. Their shipping policy states next day delivery if order placed before 3 pm EST. 9 days later the items finally arrived, and are miniscule, a joke for the amount payed. The kicker, they take 10% "restocking fee" for returns, which seems to be they way they are making their money, it's certainly not service and quality.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience that Mr. Wheeler has experienced with our company. Mr. Wheeler was notified right after placing his order that the item he has ordered was not available for immediate shipping and after obtaining client’s approval item was backordered for him. Package was sent to the client overnight without any additional charges and was delivered on time for his wife’s birthday. Company’s return policy is available for everyone to review before placing the order and Mr. Wheeler was well aware of the return policy since it is stated on the website as well as discussed in phone conversation with client.

i ordered some items on june 19 and on june 22 saw on the website that my order was "shipped". today is july 9 and i still haven't received anything. now when i try to log in, i get a message that "no user found" under my email address. i called them two days ago and was told that i hadn't received anything since the items were on backorder (very different from "shipped") and that they were having problems with the website, which is why i can't log in.
luckily, the items i purchased aren't very expensive, so i will just consider it a lesson that cost me some money. i figure Jewelry Adviser will lose more money than that just in bad publicity.

Ms. Wendi Berry placed her order on our online jewelry web store. We are very appreciative of her business with our company. Unfortunately, at the time of her order earrings were not available for shipping. After notifying Ms. Berry that her order is out of stock she agreed to wait and place her items on the back order.
Order was shipped and delivered to the address that was specified on the invoice.
Label/Receipt Number:********* 7396 2803 16
Status: Delivered
Our servers that were temporarily down due to the outage was the reason why Ms. Wendi Berry and other clients could not log into their accounts. It took couple of days to restore the system and it was completely out of our control.

To me it would seem that purchasing any kind of jewelry online is not a very prudent act. Stop and think for a moment. You would not purchase a new pair of shoes or a formal wear clothing outfit without trying on the same first to see if they fit and look well on you, so why would someone purchase jewelry from seeing just a photo of the same without personally examining it in- hand first? It boils down to good common sense people. Go to a reputable dealer with a brick-and-mortar store where you can examine the item IN PERSON and BEFORE you consider making a purchase. Again this is just good reliable common sense.

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Virgo

The world is your oyster. There isn't anyone you're afraid to talk to or any situation you're afraid to place yourself in. The word 'extrovert' must have been coined just to describe you. You're the master of time at the moment, cutting through red tape and getting right to the heart of the matter. If you use the right words, you can make anyone see your point of view, even if they don't agree.
