Thank god no one was hurt.
What a disgusting, revolting piece of excrement this man is. Let's hope the next time he drives drunk (and there WILL be a next time, there is always a next time) he is (a) alone and (b) unrestrained when his car flips onto the median at 75 mph.

Welcome to Connecticut. DUI totally acceptable and is permitted. Over the limit NO ARREST!!! We are just too busy and besides the jails are too full. Also we have to focus on grabbing these heinous criminals who are not wearing their seat belts!!! Therefore no time to grab drunken drivers Sorry, The State of Connecticut

It's not just the one's not wearing their seat belts we are after, its primarily those of who who continue to drive while using your hand held electronic devises. That is our primary focus of driver enforcement.

He ought to hook up with Judge Cofield. Get some inside tips on avoiding responsibility and possibly prosecution. Who knows where this could go? They sound so right for each other.
