yes, so anyWho, when I read this yesterday I knew that I could not let it go unmentioned. Expect a point-for-point criticism of these consultant firms. Lindt's summary does not paint a rosy picture, and the positions he describes are so filled with logical fallacies that shooting this one down should be easy.

This one didn't take long.
"...The report suggests unmet demand should grow to 1.45 million square feet in Visalia by 2020 and 2.35 million square feet by 2030...."
"...the report says the are just 300,000 square feet of vacant or infill space available on Mooney...."
"...Mooney amounts to half the city’s retail sales so perhaps half of that expected demand might be satisfied elsewhere in town....."
Yes, John, it certainly seems from your summary that the consultant has "nixed" Hwy 99 center.
