Hey since your so smart I have a question for you. How many times does a child need to "ACCIDENTALLY" fall or bump there head on a wall to receive multiple BFT injuries to both the head and body? Not just the typical kid falls down and gets a booboo type of injuries, but deep tissue injuries that cause internal hemorrhaging, and swelling of the brain. Leading to death.

If you don't mind me asking just what does a killer look like? Did you really see them at church the day that Natalynn died? Honestly if you did that's great. You should give your statements to the DA's office and stand up as a character whiteness for Ryann and Nicole. I heard the media have been trying to find someone willing to go on record to that effect but it turns out that no one can be found. Although there seems to be no shortage of people willing to defend them by hiding behind fake screen names and telling lies on blogs and forums. If you are really sure of there innocence you should be willing to stand up for what you believe is the truth and do it publicly on the record for all to see.

Yes, I'm painfully aware of how many innocent men/women suffer behind bars because of aggressive, dishonest cops, DA's, and other unfortunate circumstances. I also know it could happen to ANY of us. No longer can we rest on the idea that if you're not doing anything wrong then you don't need to worry! Our system is FAR from perfect. Hell, it's far from JUST a lot the time!

As far as the God/Satan issue, I won't debate on it with you tonite. I'm pretty sure we don't share the same views so I'll leave it at that.

You said something about him getting his electricity shut off? What does that have to do with anything? If that's even true, who cares? Who hasn't been late on a bill or had a utility shut off before? Especially in tough times like these. Does that mean he deserved to have his daughter killed and has no right to ask questions or seek justice for his daughter? Besides he has nothing to do with this. Troy didn't go place Ryann or Nicole under citizens arrest, and some how unlawfully detain them. They where arrested by the police after an investigation. So if you have a problem with it or now something that might be helpful in determining guilt or innocence, or provides a logical explanation as to how the child was killed then you need to go testify about it, not sit here and judge people and things you know nothing about.

Preliminary conference is scheduled for October 18th
If there are no more continuations then his Preliminary hearing will start October 30th.

Nicole Lee:

In a preliminary hearing Friday, Tulare County Superior Court Judge Joseph Kalashian ruled that there was enough evidence to hold 26-year-old Ryann Jones over for trial in the death of Natalynn Miller.

Authorities said Miller died of blunt-force trauma March 22 while in Jones’ care.

Miller’s mother, 29-year-old Nicole Lee, has been charged with child endangerment in connection with her daughter’s death.

Her next court appearance, for a preliminary hearing, is set for February 19.

Jones was set to be arraigned on trial charges February 25.

Nicole Lee's preliminary hearing is Friday March 12th at 1:30 pm. The Tulare Co. DA will seek the death penalty for Ryann Jones.

They have to live with it forever.I have a 3 year old little girl and if i had to live with that on my mind i would want to die. i would ask for or try for the death pen.letting them rot in jail before they rot in hell is way worse then giving him an e z way out and sentencing him to death. so if he gets life instead be happy. plus wanting him to die or sentencing him to die makes u just as bad as him. i know u feel like its right some how or some way but there is no way anyone can justify murder.
