Review: Auto Land

[Terrible service]

This is not a business. My husband and I were taken advantage of. Less than 24 hours of having the vehicle water is filling up in the passengers front and back floor board. We call the dealership and they say it is not their problem anymore. In the background was the owner saying "The car was only 5000 dollars!". Actually it was 7000. All they want is your money. Even with my warranty on the vehicle they want nothing to do with us anymore. Talk about customer service. Now the car need 900 dollars worth of work, plus they "forgot" the car had previously been in a major wreck. None the less, we are taking legal action along with contacts the better business bureau. We will also be contacting the command to spread the word about Autoland taking advantage of young military couples. If you are thinking about going here, i would reconsider. Everything will be your fault and they don't have a CLUE how to treat their customers.‎

Obviously this was a used car. Caveat Emptor = Buyer Beware! Do your homework before you go out and buy from a place.

Spoke with Joan one of their sales associates, and faxed over all of my information. She assured me that I was approved for the exact vehicle I wanted and all I needed to do was come in and sign the papers. I drove from over an hour away and paid a bridge toll for them to tell me, well, we actually sold that vehicle and you werent approved for as much as that vehicle anyways. So, they lied to get me to the dealership to then tell me, well, we can find something else for you. She claimed that she didnt know the vehicle was sold. All they wanted was to get me over there to try to sell me something else because they knew they didnt have that vehicle and they knew I wasnt even approved for that amount. They are dishonest!! The manager wouldnt even come out and talk to us!! Horrible customer service!!!!

Go to a known major car dealer, you should have know just by the name!
