Where did the Virginia Beach Public Education system get their administrators?-The Left Wing Anti Gun Agenda School for Morons?
Just the unwieldy sense of entitlement that they have the right to suspend a student for something they did on their private property and time is more scary than suspending for PLAYING with TOY guns.
Then there is mumbo jumbo about firearms and other students hit???
The school says they were on their way to the bus stop??? They were playing on private property waiting for the school bus which is less than 100 yards away.
Caution is one thing but paranoia fueled by agendas are another.

Virginia schools think they own your kids. Parents need to home school anyways. Curriculum is not that much and the student can take the I.T.B.S. or Stanford Test, get in college. Schools do everthing but teach...exaples----------
The teachers in VA are: social workers(required to have cert. on child abuse for license renewal), technicians(I.T. courses for renewal, which they already have had in college), now they are EMS workers(CPR/AED cert. for renewal...list goes on. The room will require a a teacher be certified in heating/AC soon so the brats will feel comfortable. Next, teachers will need truancy training cert. as they drive house to house looking for little dipshht who stayed home. Next, teachers will be homecare helpers, looking into yards for play guns...VA is the stupidest state in the 50.

that 911 call, the woman sounded disoriented or she just woke up at the crack of noon. The 2 kids on TV last night were well spoken for 11 or 12. Dammit, they were 2 kids playing in the damn yard with a sigh on a tree, PRIVATE PROPERTY. Also, VB Schools gave out the 1 boys past school record, I would sue them for that alone. He was talking in class.

Giving out privileged information other than this incident is a privacy violation. Apparently there is a dispute over signed waivers as well.
Sounds like the school principal had a hard on for these students. The school and administrators are circling the wagons to protect one of their own kind. Whose story will hold up in court let alone who is legally justified.
As a "PROfessional" educator and/or administrator it is their job to remain neutral and calm. If they look at students as the enemy, take things personally and/or more worried a power struggle they should not be in the job.
