What he did wasn't right it was stupid but if he use to work for Portsmouth then why didn't they take his badge when he left the department? I too know and live with a lot of law enforcement just wondering who was really in the wrong here? Mr. Stupid VanKempen or the Portsmouth Sheriff an ELECTED official who FORGOT to COLLECT the credentials of an EXemployee?
