I know for sure who im voting for next term and it sure isnt Bev Perdue. There will be alot of money headed to virginia from sweepstakes players. The sweeptakes could bring lots of revenue to our state and what about all the jobs that will be lost. Isnt unemployment high enough in our state? Well you just put about 10.000 or more workers on the unemployment line. Good job there ...Enjoy your term as I feel you wont get to have a 2nd term.

If it aint going into Bev Perdue's pockets...it just aint happening in NC. That is what you fools get for voting a straight ticket. Bev Perdue is playing nanny to the citizens of NC. Four more years of this carp. More empty storefronts we do not need here.

I thibk it is a good idea to shut down the cafes because they are not regulated fairly. When the games originally opened you could win on certain patterns. Since so many people stqarted playing the games the programmers have changed the games drastically, ofcourse in their favor. If the games were fair it would be different. Please take the time to go to one of the cafes and sit with a regular player who I am sure would echo my concerns.

Thanks!

There are no way to rig sweepstakes games for all you dumb people who still think there is! You win some you loose some thats just how it works! All sweepstakes in NC have to be set to pay out a certain percentage its state law. And yes bev Perdue is was the biggest mistake NC voters has ever made! I never thought i would see the day you couldnt smoke in a bar WTF! Alot of jobs will be lost and alot more buildings will be empty i hope that they will find away to keep us open as i will be unemployed along with all my employees. It will hurt alot of realty companys and business owners i hope they stop in think of everyone involved.

Why send money to other states.cN you see all the empty building in your city. You are losing tax dollars. That's dumb to send money out of your city, looking around the city they really need all the money they can get.

It is a bunch of hog wash shutting sweepstakes down, evidently the state is not getting enough money is what it comes to. you have lottery, scratch, really people no different than buying one of them and receiving monies... and why can they operate in newport news va, it is not legal here but there is one open every day of the week...hello...no it is all a state thing for money that is all it is... if people want to sit down and enjoy socialing and spend money that they earn that is their business.. nobody wants to run four hours to a casino anymore and they don't even pay out. just another act of our freedom being taken away in this country is all it is...
