Moved over six monthes ago and they still have the water and sewage complany billing us. Called many times and they tell us it is corrected and then the next month we get another bill.Horrible management and poor communication within the complex. STAY AWAY!!!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WATER BILLS ARE HIGHLY INCONSISTENT. RENT KEEPS GOING UP WITH EVERY SORT OF EXCUSE ANYONE CAN COME UP WITH. MANAGEMENT LOOKS FOR ANY REAL OR IMAGINED PROBLEM TO BLAST RESIDENTS WITH CONSTANT THREATS OF EVICTION.LOTS ARE TINY AND LARGER AND LARGER HOMES ARE FORCED ONTO THEM USUALLY AT THE EXPENSE OF ADJOINING LOTS. MANAGEMENT CREATES PROBLEMS WHERE NONE EXISTS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE RESIDENTS.. INSUFFICIENT TIME TO CORRECT PERCEIVED PROBLEMS IS THE NORM USUALLY LACED WITH THREATS. CITY ORDINANCES ARE IGNORED. RULES AND REGULATIONS APPEAR TO CHANGE AT THE WHIM OF THE CURRENT MANAGER WHO IS ALSO QUICK TO YELP ABOUT THE SO CALLED RENTAL AGREEMENT/RULES. CHANGED ARE NOT ISSUED AT ALL AND RESIDENTS FIND OUT AFTER THE FACT. MANAGERS COME AND GO LIKE THE SEASONS SOMETIMES TWO AND THREE A YEAR. WHAT ONE CAN AND CANNOT DO WITH THEIR OWN PROPERTY BEING DICTATED BY THE CURRENT "HITLER" IN CHARGE. RESIDENTS NO LONGER HAVE FREEDOM OF CHOICE OR BASIC RIGHTS CONCERNING THEIR OWN PROPERTY..ONLY THING KEEPING MANY OFTEN LONG TERM RESIDENTS ON BOARD IS THE ECONOMY I.E. COSTS. MANY ARE WONDERING JUST WHAT THEY ARE REALLY PAYING FOR BESIDES NON STOPPING THREATS AND HARASSEMENT.

This mobile home park is absolutely awful! There is no management except bully-ing. Lot rent goes up 15 dollars a year and is now $445.00 a month. No water and sewer is paid and the bill ranges from 20-70 dollars a month.(they don't read the meters) If you move out you have to take your fencing down (even though you have to paint the fence every year)??? which none of it makes any sense. You can't have a garage or a carport. There used to be police that patrolled 24 hrs a day but that's gone. The park has been run to the ground the last year or so. It no longer looks clean and well kept. They bought and moved in used FEMA trailers and are selling them at a high price.(Not telling the buyers where the trailers come from). If you want to know what the truth about this park is, ask several residents. Don't rely on the management to tell you the truth. They are just out to make the company in California that owns the park richer.

I have lived in Homecrest for 11 years and every year it gets worse. It is true that they change park management EVERY year. Some of them even got fired for stealing residents lot payments and then in turn tried to force the residence to pay it back. Good luck trying to sell your mobile home there too. I have been trying to sell mine for the last two months and even thou that doesn't seem long, I have had several people apply only to be constantly turned down by the park. I mean, come on! It's a mobile home park, not a frickin million dollar gated community! As for their B.S. Rules. Pssh... I ignore them and their idle threats. They never really bother with those of us who have been their the longest. We don't scare as easily as the new residents. Their thinking is that because you live in a trailer, your to ignorant to know any better or do anything about it. Even thou I am in the process of selling my trailer, I must say this... Stay away from this park if possible!,

I have been here for aprox. 6 years. I thought when we bought or home it was going to be wonderful to "own" my home!! Yeah I have found you are better off in an apartment. You will get along just fine in here if you kiss there butts and NEVER cross them with there rules. It is true the rent goes up $15.00 every year for "maintenance". I want to know where the money goes because it is NOT for repairs or improvements! This place is getting worse by the day I don't feel safe with the kids playing in the park something could really hurt them! The people from the neighborhood across the street come in here to play basketball and sell drugs and the office does NOTHING about it! We have sex offenders living in here but someone that has a "felony" can not move in here..... Sorry but raping a child is a FELONY!!! This just gives them more reason to move in here with the pool they just get to sit back and watch your children in bathing suits! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!!!

The park is no place to live it like being in Russian and the rent is up to 560.00 and the only this g the owner are only worryed about money and try to get repair work done , we'll good look and way to many rules and if they find a problem you have 5 day to fix it , Go Live Some Where Else!!!!!!!!

ONCE AGAIN THE CORPORATE BLOOD SUCKERS ARE ON THE MOVE. NOW THE WATER BILLING HAS BEEN TACKED ONTO THE LOT RENT AGAIN THEREBY CAUSING MANY PEOPLE TO PAY MORE AND OTHERS MUCH LESS, IT IS NOT PRORATED BY THE NUMBER OF INHABITANTS OF EACH LOT. FOR ONE OR TWO PEOPLE IT PRETTY MUCH DOUBLES THEIR COST. PLUS NOW THEY WANT EXTRA FOR "ROOM MATES AND PETS THAT ARE ALREADY HERE AND MOST HAVE BEEN HERE FOR YEARS. NEVER MIND THE GRAND FATHER LAWS. AS TO THE ROOM MATES THE EXCUSE IS WATER. NEVER MIND THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY FIGURED INTO THE EQUATION ABOUT DIVIDING UP THE VERY UNFAIR WATER FEE BEING TACKED ONTO THE RENT. PLUS PETS THAT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED UNDER PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS ARE BEING TARGETED TO SUCK EVEN MORE MONEY OUT OF RESIDENTS. WELL WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FEE THAT WAS NOT DROPPED WHEN THEY DECIDED TO GO TO THE INDIVIDUAL WATER METER YEARS AGO THAT OBVIOUSLY HAS NEVER WORKED. TRUE SOME PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR PETS BUT THE VAST MAJORITY ARE AND IT IS NOT THE RESIDENTS FAULT THAT THE PLACE IS OVER RUN WITH WILDLIFE AND FERAL CATS AS WELL AS THE POOR UNWANTED LITTLE CRITTERS THAT ARE DUMPED IN HERE FROM OUTSIDE THE PARK. THERE IS A MUCH BIGGER PROBLEM WITH WILD UNCONTROLLED KIDS RUNNING UNCHECKED IN THE PARK TRASHING UP THE PLACE, RUNNING OUT IN FRONT OF VEHICLES, THROUGH YARDS. DISRESPECTING ADULTS AND BEING GENERALLY DESTRUCTIVE. MUCH BIGGER PROBLEM THAN PETS. WHAT KIND OF EXTRA FEE FOR THEM? YET THEY WANT ONE FOR PETS THAT MOST ARE HOUSE BOUND AND NEVER GO OUTSIDE? THE ONLY PROPERTY THEY CAN DAMAGE IS THE HOME OWNERS NOT THE PARKS. PLUS THEY WANT TO EXTREMELY LIMIT PETS YET THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THOSE KIDS THAT CAUSE SO MUCH TROUBLE. THE CITY ALREADY HAS LAWS ABOUT PETS THAT CORPORATE IS IGNORING. AND LETS GO FOR THE $50.00 AN HOUR MAINTENANCE FEE IF THE PARK DOES WHATEVER. MANY PROFESSIONALS DO NOT GET THAT MUCH LESS A HANDYMAN. NONE OF THE MINISCULE LOTS ARE WORTH THAT MUCH TO MOW. GET REAL. LOOKING FOR A LOT? YOU NEED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. SOMEWHERE WITHOUT THE CHOKING OLD SCHOOL COMMUNISTIC ATTITUDES THIS PLACE HAS AND DOES NOT PRETTY MUCH STRIP THE HOME OWNER OF THEIR RIGHTS AND CHOICES CONCERNING THE HOME OWNERS PROPERTY. ALREADY THE EXODUS HAS BEGUN.
