We're just getting started.
President Obama the time and the second.
Campaign is down now because of the shooting and the polling will catch up in a couple of weeks. Just watch.
Rubio wont get you any votes. Especially Hispanic. He can't fix Romney's love of 'people who just want something for free1" that he tossed to Hispanics as well as women and African Americans.
Plus Rubio has some baggage of his own.

Dream on sweetheart! The disaster Obama has created in a living nightmare to all Americans right now and as we will watch and see, Obama will clearly be defeated in November no matter how many times you say it won't happen. There has been no President in the history of this nation that has been such a disaster as Obama has been and you know it. That is why you liberal retards spend all your time bad mouthing and lying about any GOP because you have nothing good to show Obama has done to help get our economy back on solid footing. You too have become totally irrelevent to any conversation here and are nothing more than a joke. So keep up the good laughs for us your ignorant moron. Obama is toast, LOL.

Oh really? So when a Black person disagrees with you then they are automaticly an Uncle Tom? You really are a racist bigot welfare leech on society. Thanks for making that clear to everyone here. You certainly make the case as to why you should have your taxpayer funded welfare and foodstamps and medicaid cut completely off and that day is coming sooner than you think. You are a sick minded racist bigot individual that should be hung from the nearest tree. Thank you for exposing who you really are. I'm through with your racist ass too!

You guys spent 8 years trashing this economy and expected it to be cleaned back up in a year since you spent the next 3 trying to sabotage it.

Your not got to get the chance for a long long time. Your number are going to dwindle since your on the way to being in minority status.

Your just have to live on your glory days during the Bush years.

It's understandable that you all have to keep harping on Romney's money and his wife's horse. When Obama's history can't be defended, you must fall back on Romney and Bush and attack them. The thing is, Bush isn't running for office so I could give a flying rat's ass what he did or didn't do. Obama has taught you all well to deflect his failures onto someone else. The man has never taken one bit of responsibility for ANYTHING.

This is was kind of kept quiet when it came out yesterday.

WASHINGTON – In a rare move, the Obama administration acknowledged Friday that the government's surveillance efforts have exceeded legal limits on at least one occasion.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence made the comment in a letter to Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden.

Wyden is a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee. The Oregon Democrat has suggested that the government may be reviewing the emails and phone calls of law-abiding Americans in the U.S. who are at the other end of communications being monitored abroad by the U.S. government.

Without specifying what the issue is, the intelligence office told Wyden that the administration has addressed any concerns and that the government's efforts in the intelligence realm undergo close scrutiny from Congress and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

The intelligence office was responding to an assertion by Wyden that on at least one occasion, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court held that an intelligence collection effort was "unreasonable under the Fourth Amendment" requirement to obtain a court warrant.

Wyden has said that he believes the government's implementation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Amendments of 2008 "has sometimes circumvented the spirit of the law, and on at least one occasion" the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court "has reached the same conclusion."

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence said Wyden's statements "may convey an incomplete and potentially misleading understanding" of what is at issue, adding that "the government has remedied" the concerns.

The issue is so sensitive that Wyden's own statements initially were classified. The senator submitted them to the administration to undergo the process by which the government declassifies information. Wyden's statements were declassified, along with assurances from the intelligence office that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court "has continued to approve" the collection of intelligence as reasonable under the Constitution.

Justaminute, you are an absolute foolish individual if you even think people will just look past the nightmare they are living because of Obama. I agree you have ever right to spew your liberal ignorance while ignoring the facts. That does not prove anything beyond your liberal slanted view of what you hope the outcome to be.

Thank you for exposing yourself and warped way of thinking but I have no desire to argue with ignorance therefore I bid you farewell. Don't misunderstand it to mean I am leaving this thread because that is not the case. I'll still be here to dispute any ignorance you post but will not directly engage any further discussion with you as long as you live with a closed mind and refuse to see the facts for what they are.
Obama is a complete failure and this nation cannot survive another 4 years of him driving it into the ditch.

By the time we get to November even you will see as everyone else will see Obama will be soundly defeated and he has no one but him self to blame. I don't give a rats ass about your bookies or anything else you dream up, it is the American People that will vote Obama's ass right out of office, watch! Good Bye and Good Day.

I know how Congress has pushed Obamacare on us and continue to destroy the Constitution before our eyes.

They knew they had the votes, so town hall meetings or not, they can do what they want. They also know The American people have no fight in them. Therefore, there is no threat to their power structure.

Congress needs term limits and the American People need to prepare to fight another Revolution. We must join together to show our resolve before our way of life dies.

We must be as one. Is anyone with me? I will fight alone, for you, if you don't have the courage to stand.

asdf, you have shown me you appear to be very intelligent therefore I have a challenge for you to see if you come to the same conclusion as I have. It must be on facts and I am in no kind of hurry for your results but here it is. I have some errands to go run so I will check back later to see if you decide to take it.

Back when George W Bush passed the Tax Cuts for everyone in 2003 and until 2009 how many jobs were added and what was the unemployment percentage?

When Obama took office what are his same numbers that represent his time in office. Just curious what you find so I will not be answering any stupid liberal comments or questions. This is just a question I have for you IF you decide to look into it. It is an issue we have not made a big deal out of on this thread but it has become a very important point on some blogs I share with my socialist minded Uncle so I have already heard all the liberal bullshit excuses I care to hear. Talk to you later and keep up the good fight you have been having with these liberal retards.

The way I ask you the question was meant to rile up Justaminute, LOL, and as I suspected it did as you can tell by her post right after I ask you the question. ROFLMAO. Bite me Justaminute! I couldn't help myself with that one since you had her panties in such a tight wad I just knew she would fly off her broom handle, LOL, with something stupid. You had already made the point Bush is not running for office and I thought maybe this is a good time to see if her panties would get in a tighter wad and they did. I knew you would be smart enough to answer it correctly, LOL.

First of all, it is not presidents that create jobs at all. The policies they push can have a good effect or a devastating effect and that is just a fact. While there are many factors to take into account that can effect the economy and in turn effect the job market or lack of, lets look at what the facts really are.

Elected officials always claim credit when good things happen to the economy and throw blame at others when it does bad. And there is a connection between the powerful engines of government policy and the jobs that appear afterward. But the closer one gets to it, the more tenuous that connection looks, especially in the short term. That hasn't stopped candidates from taking credit anyway. But really, is there much that any elected official can do?“On the margins, politicians can have an influence,” says David Neumark, professor of economics and director of the Center for Economics and Public Policy at the University of California, Irvine. But “there's a lot of blame and credit that get thrown around and taken that are not merited.”

Here are few reasons that help explain why job creation has been so frustratingly slow coming out of the Great Recession and why those forces may not last forever.

The rent-a-worker economy
When they need help, they hire as a contract worker. When the project is over so is their employment. Some types of workplace adaptability can hold advantages even during downturns. Germany has survived the global downturn better than the US, in part because many of its companies reduced work hours instead of cutting so many jobs. As a result, consumer activity in Germany didn't plunge as sharply.

The resume gap
To say that a lack of job skills is part of the employment problem sounds like blaming workers for their own predicament, at a time when many jobless Americans have both skills and a willingness to retrain. But some economists argue that this is an important part of the jobs conundrum. And the issue really isn't about blame, but about helping workers, schools, and businesses connect better. If they do, more new jobs and even new industries will be created in the US, rather than overseas or not at all. So the idea of raising taxes on job creators would be a very stupid idea with the eeconomy as bad as it is.

Even in the current weak economy, employers say a good number of jobs are going unfilled because companies aren't finding skilled workers. In some cases, it is a matter of people lacking the know-how. In others, it is simply that they don't know the jobs exist. "There's a clear lack of information getting down to students" as well as the middle-aged jobless about what skills are in most demand.

The talent gap is one reason some are calling for a ramped-up effort by community colleges and vocational schools to train people for tomorrow's jobs with advanced manufacturing credential, supported by the National Association of Manufacturers and available through vocational schools, as one model of how to match know-how and shop-floor need.

Continued from last post:

Somebody start a company!
The formation of new companies typically plays an important role in job creation, as firms pioneer new ideas or products. In the current environment, however, start-up activity has plunged. Running 25 percent below its 2006 peak, it is at its slowest pace since the Labor Department began tracking the activity in 1994.

Moreover, the average number of jobs that each new business creates has declined, dealing a secondary blow to job creation. One problem facing start-ups is tight funding, not just bank loans but the channels of money a firm often gets first from "angel investors," then from venture capitalists, and finally from initial public offerings of stock (IPOs). More broadly, businesses large and small feel high uncertainty and low confidence about launching new ventures in a weak economy.

Less in view for the average family, but perhaps just as important, is the turmoil in Europe. Government debt in nations such as Spain and Italy, if not addressed effectively through some fiscal restructuring, could spawn a new financial crisis that would spill over into banks and the global economy. Concern about such a collapse, as well as worries that the US could dip into a new recession, have recently set global stock markets on edge. The risk of another US downturn highlights the balancing act ahead. The federal government will face financial pressure to curb spending, especially on entitlements like Medicare and Medicaid.

Still, overall the country would need to generate about 21 million new jobs by the end of the decade in order to return to a 5 percent jobless rate. The McKinsey Global Institute, in an analysis earlier this year, concluded that those gains are possible with the right policies. The leisure and hospitality sector alone could add 3 million jobs, for instance, partly by luring more foreign tourists to the US. So the bottom line is that while President do not create jobs, their policies sure can kill job growth and Obama's policies are killing any hope of job growth that America really needs to return us back to at least a 5% unemployment rate. Instead he wants everyone to become Government dependent and that is simply the wrong kind of policy.
