Ricky was one of the most reliable and honest people I ever met . Once he was your friend he would do anything for you .That was Ricky's style ,Great guy , always smiling and happy.
As we grow older we sometimes lose touch with people we feel are very special ,but rest assured Ricky will always be remembered as a good friend and we will all miss him very much . Heaven has a special place for you Rick...Farewell . Joe

I just heard about Ricky a few minutes ago. I was shocked and deeply saddened. My deepest sympathy to the whole Perez Family. Truly, the good die young. I have thought of all of you often. Through all these years, Ricky and I "kept up" on eachother through a friend of his and my family, Richie in Williamstown. We never contacted eachother directly knowing each had their own path to follow. We always knew generally where eachother was and what eachother was up to over the years. I will Never forget Ricky or his family. He was my first love. We were neighbors and friends. He was a great guy when I knew him(mid-1970's). He will always be a part of who I am. You are in our prayers.

Our thoughts and prayers are always with you forever! Ricky was an awesome guy! I'm glad we became friends over the 10plus years. I miss him alot...a whole lot! But I know for some reason we cannot answer God needed him more. I know Ricky is looking out over the ones who loved him, and I know he is in a beautiful better place. We will meet again my friend. Rest in peace driver. Love Damian, Danielle and little Damian

Ricky was a good neighbor and would lend you the shirt off his back! I only knew him for a few years but he was a kind man that opened up his house to those in need! He will be missed!
