Rate of pay & top-out of regular non-skilled employees?

When it was Dana the rate of pay was 3 years at top-out of 17+ an hour.

What is it now???

We don't hire anyone who can't spell the name of the company. Try "Dow corning".

It's a damn fine place to work. If you are interested in what we make then; submit an application, pass the tests, do well on your interviews, complete the training, and see if your up for the task.
Metalsa is not an easy place to get a job at. It is not easy work. Nothing is given to you.
It is one of the better places in this area to work.
I dont think the Dana top out was over $17.
If you want a job, I told you the process. If you are just trolling, then go somewhere else.

Where do I go to apply? How do I get on? I'm a very hard working individual looking for a job I can pour myself into that will pay me for my efforts, Metalasa seems to be the place for this, but I am unsure where to begin.

If you are on the clock, you are under the control of management in any situation. If you want a union go look for a job in a union shop. Shops are not going to pay you to organize on company time.

Most people need to remember they are being paid to work, not run their mouths.

And no, I do not work there. From reading the Waxman post I don't think I would want to be associated with people who have the attitude he displays, they aren't worth my time.

Keep a eye open in the classifieds in the news enterprise. We always run an add prior to them having a job fair. Should start hiring again before long but to be honest the best way to get in quick would to get on thru crown temp agency. Last couple groups hired were temps at the time they got hired. I know it would suck to work for less money but unlike other companies that get rid off the temps right before being eligible for hire we don't. Good way to get your foot In the door a little sooner. I personally have a feeling that turnover rate will become high again as our volume and overtime is ramping up. It's a good place to work if you don't mind putting in the hours.
