Weight Loss Advice

Ok, so I know that there well be a few people who will be cruel and leave nasty comments, but I would like weight loss advice. What are the healthiest and most effective diets, workouts, or programs. Vegan vs. vegetarian vs. Adkins etc... Also, I would like opinions on phentermine, lap band, bypass? I am seriously wanting to change my life and would like some help figuring out what is best for me. Thanks in advance.

I have been just watching more of what I eat. Trying to avoid fast food as much as possible. And I do a minimum of 30 minutes a day of cardio. Lost 66 pounds so far. Of course its taken 9 months. But slow and steady wins the race. Good luck!

Today I started a diet and it is to not eat anything white. It pretty much takes out starch n sugars. I am only going to eat white stuff on sundays so I don't crave it n have something to look forward too. Plus of course yoga in the morning n before bed is a good exercise.

lost 62 lbs in 8 months 1200 calories a day no cokes and sweet tea which I loved stomach shrunk and now I hardly eat and I hit the gym at least 4 timesa week good luck..

i lost 12 lbs by drinking a tablespoon of vinegar every morning.
