If they lie and claim that they didn't invite you,,,then yes.Got pulled over one night in Shepherdsville and really didn't want to discuss the evening with the nice friendly officer at that time,,,so I jumped out of my car and ran home.Along the way,I stuffed my shirt in a tree at a local catholic school, and then went home, changed my shorts,,,and threw the ones I was wearing in the woods out back. However, the officer who saw me the "next" morning told my attorney that he would testify that he saw me the following day wearing the same clothes as the man they had on "cruiser cam" jumping out of my car the night before(not even possible). So the bottom line is,it don't really matter at all what the letter of the law says in your case.It all depends on the accuser, the policemen, your lawyer, the prosecutor, and the judge,,,and how they decide to play it once they've got you cornered. And yes, this will likely be judged with every bad judgment possible,,,but what I'm telling you is true.Good luck either way.

I've been in court for 6 months and I'm still not guilty and still have to go back to court in 2 months. I have a lawyer the lawyer said that's not trespassing if I was invited there. she told them she invited me.

Most judges see cases like this on a daily basis,,,and pretty much know what time it is under these circumstances. So probably,,,you'll have your case deferred for two years on the contingency of no further trouble.Trust me though,,,you don't want to get semantical about your innocence and decide to zealously fight it.Yes you may have it dismissed,,,but then again... Either way,I wouldn't worry about it too much.At your age,if you are found guilty,,,the punishment won't even seem like punishment,,,and it will be dropped off your record when you turn eighteen anyway,,,if you don't get into any further trouble along the way.One thing I would suggest in the mean time though,,,don't do your thinkin' with your little over-eager guy,and stay away from that girl's house.Good luck either way.

sounds like to me you need to be more careful of who you choose to be friends with, if someone is this ignorant to take someone to court over something this dumb then they apprently don't do anything but sit around and look for stuff to start shit with. Trouble makers, shit starters, drama lovers, they are all around, choose friends carefully and girl friends. More than likely if the family is whacked out then she/he is too.

Negative kiddo. Can't blame one individual because his or her entire family happen to be lunatics. Will concede to the fact that genes are a factor, but only "the" deciding factor,,,when proper mental nourishment isn't applied and/or the individual persona isn't strong enough to overcome. However, since cutting against the grain and braking all the rules is a high percentage of the attraction with most adolescent relationships,he could only be talked out of giving up his girlfriend if he wasn't attracted to the drama. And judging by his attitude about it,,,he isn't going to give up his girlfriend.A decision that I both admire and respect,(wish I was a kid again). For curiosity purposes though,,,I'd like to know how it unfolds.

sounds to me like your in more trouble than that if they put you on house arrest. They don't do that for nothing. Especially if you have never been in trouble, they wouldn't have put you on house arrest and wouldnt hve banned you from your mother. So spill the beans, your one of those trouble makers your mom can't control and your ass is in too deep this time for her to get you out, you had to threaten her or hit her or soemting for them to make you stay away from her. Ive worked for a lawyer and am not stupid. fess up.

Nah this is his mom. No he's never been in trouble before. His brother that's 25 was in this county not hardin co. This is the truth of what happen there Commonwealth and they can change there laws here they don't have to go by the books. and yes I talk to Ronald Hines and he said that is crazy. And no he didn't do nothing bad the mom thinks her little girl does no wrong not saying she is a bad girl. but you can't keep 16 olds lock down. if you do there going to be sneaky.

Well it depends on what county you are in. I had a son that was charged with trespassing. because the county I live in. A 14 or 15 your old is not allowed to open a door and let no 1 in if the parent is not home even if they know them. they can charge you with trespassing. if they are commonwealth and you don't have a good lawyer to meet the standards you will be charged. I know its crazy. so I would have me a good lawyer
