Okay I am new to Elizabethtown. Where is the best place to get my car fixed with the best prices? I have a 2004 SUV and have no clue where I should go. Just looking for some advice! Thanks.

To be on the safe side, go to the dealer. Where not to go? Frankie's on South Dixie. I wouldn't let him put a hub cap on. Won't even go there for air in my air tank.

I doubt this is a real questions for advice and most likely someone who wants to bash someone or promote another but I would recommend to ask a neighbor, co-worker or a clerk at the local convenience store for some sound advice. Another way is go to www.bundle.com and check the ratings for each auto repair business in the 42701 zip code. The ratings are un-biased and based on credit card transactions only and show customer loyalty, popularity, and expense. Pay close attention to the loyalty rating which means repeat happy customers.

We've been here 7+ years and have always had good experiences with All Around Auto Care. They are very fair and honest. They even told us once where we could get the work needed done for free since they couldn't take our warranty . They've also been great about money, whether it's waiting til payday or getting a used part to save some.

I have been turning wrenches for several years in and around Elizabethtown. All around off of 62 messes more up than they fix. They lie to there customers about repairs. Say they replaced something more expensive, when really it was a simple fix. Ran into that more than once. I have had to finish up jobs for them because of vibration. Then get under the car and half the bolts would be missing. Say they changed Head gaskets when really used sealer. If you have had work done recently stop at another shop and have them take a look. Or just look yourself. I have yet to find a job that they did that was put back together correctly.

I don't believe this post...sounds like competitor bashing....probably jealous of business that Ricky has built. Know many who have gone to all Around Auto for years and ALWAYS been satisfied!

We've had really good experiences with All Around. He's very honest & works with our budget.

We used Total Auto Care TAC. They were very good about calling us before spending money, & gave us the parts that had to be replaced. They also price match.

Dealerships always charge way too much. Swope Ford Truck told us that we needed a new transmission. We took it to another shop & the transmission was fine

stay away from HEARTLAND i still have a shake rattle and roll in my car from these parts changers and their high prices they lost a lot
of business from me and my family and this is all i'm going to say about anymore just stay away from garages near army bases they pray on GI's and rip them a new one so do some research and find a shop away from army post and big citys and you'll do ok i've been going to a shop in meade co. and they do a great job they fix what you tell them to do and thats what i like because i can work on my own car when i have time but if i don't i head to meade co.
