He's running for Hardin County Judge Executive again to publicise this scandal and those involved, from former co-workers to current politicians who are helping to keep this cover-up quiet.

Yes, as the victims come forward with their complaints he will be working with other entities to see that a proper investigation is conducted, including working with the Attorney General's Office if the need arises.

I think they are doing a good job. Have done septic systems for many years and found all of the staff easy to work with. The inspectors do their job and everything seems to be going smooth right now.
Did you receive special favors from a corrupt inspector who worked for the hardin county health department environmental office by the name of Scottye Wheeling?

I will bet when this BRAC SCANDAL in Rineyville goes bust that if you were one of her favorite installers that she looked the other way for-you better watch the victim class action lawsuits to come out of this your butt might get burned in the wave of scandal and corruption exposure to come.

You think there might be several victims that can get copies of their cancelled checks and their documentation from the health department as well as doing a little "supervised" digging on victim properties so as not to destroy their septic system and gather evidence to present in the event of criminal investigations?

"Soo" how do You characterize Hinson's caliber?

Wheeling's caliber?

Simms caliber?

Hinson has put forth an effort to clean up Hardin County government corruption. Put his name out there for everyone including yourself to scruitenize. Ran for public office once and may run again attempting to lance a boyle of corruption that does exist in Hardin County government, and you like everyone else may have another chance to scruitenize him publically again, or agree with him and support him to out some bad apples.

When the scandal juices get to really flowing 'Cowboy', are we going to be hearing of your "REAL" name mentioned as one of the ones who will be caught up in this scandal?

Every installer had no problems with a certain inspector, is that inspector, when outed as corrupt, going to bring you into the same fold of corruption?

Do you still have your septic license? If so, and caught up in this scandal, you will not have for long after exposure. The state will have to see everyone guilty and caught up in this scandal will "Pay their dues."

Have you any understanding of the impact to some local banks in this region when this BRAC Rineyville WasteWater Scandal, Corruption, and attempted Cover-Up is exposed for the masses?
If you live in the Rineyville area and are affected by this BRAC Rineyville WasteWater Scandal, as an employee, What penalty should both Linda Simms(Admin.) and Scottye Wheeling (former Hardin County Health Dept. Envir. Supervisor) and Jerry Brackett (current Grayson County Environmentalist and former Linc. Trail Dist. Health Dept. Envir. Director?)

Who is it that is on the Hardin County Sewer Mandate Committee that comes from the Lincoln Trail District Health Department?

Does this person or persons have a time line for the announcement of the Hardin County Sewer Ordinance?

Does this person or persons have the understanding of a BRAC Rineyville WasteWater Scandal as to its existance or not?

I hope that when this BRAC SCANDAL becomes even more public, and any of you are hit deep in your purse or wallett, you will help to see those accountable such as:

1.Linda Simms (Admin.)

2.Former Hardin County HD Envir. Supervisor Scottye Wheeling

3. Former LTDHD Environ. Director Jerry Brackett

Yep, once an employee of the district or the Hardin County office who live in the Rineyville area are hit in the pocket, they just might become Tim Hinson newest best friend, and be added to the list of "Victims" who get caught up in this BRAC SCANDAL!

Elect Tim Hinson for your Hardin County Judge-Executive. He will not stand idle around a bunch of corruption. He will expose it to rid the county of some guilty individuals.

This is so true. The corruption lies deep in Hardin County. When some of it is exposed publically people will get even more interested for a while, then go back to their mundain lives. But at the time of interests being tweeked, changes could become reality.

Will it be before or after this BRAC SCANDAL exposure that Hardin County pulls out of Lincoln Trail District, so as to try to distance themselves from a "known" corruption scandal?

What is to become of the 3.5 million $$ District Office in E-town if the District "HAS" to relocate on the heels of this SCANDAL, Corruption, and Attempted Cover-Up?

Once this SCANDAL fully surfaces, I look for Hardin County to want to pull out of the Lincoln Trail district like Grayson County did.

Prior to this scandal coming out be listening for hints of resigning/quiting from the Simms Corner.
Most likely to be an announcement due to the vast number of board members who have been told of this scandal, whose names will come out publically as well!!
Resignation and or firing to come on the heels of Hardin County BRAC SCANDAL in Rineyville Hardin County. This exposure to net others in surrounding counties, this is but a prediction to be witnessed in the future.

With Sims no longer Lincoln Trail District Health Departments Administrator, how long will it be before Hardin County Health Dept. pulls out of the district in order to try and separate themselves from a BRAC Rineyville WasteWater Scandal, Corruption, and attempted Cover-Up?

What will become of the 3.5 million dollar district office, if Hardin County pulls out?

BRAC SCANDAL Exposures to come out soon in the 2014 Hardin County Elections!
