Does your friend have any children and is she or he looking only for a low income apartment? Would a small house (utilities, minus phone or cable tv, included) or also trailer with the same conditions intrest them at all?

yes actually they would prefer a house or mobile home instead of a apartment as both were raised in the country and love horses. I didn't know you could get a house or mobile home and yes it would be low income.

I don't think there are houses or mobile homes available (thru the government programs) but my family and I sometimes assist families that are truly in need by offering low rent and we include necessary utilities. "Luxury utilities" such as cable tv or phones are not included, those are up to the tennants. We can do this because we are able to purchase good used mobile homes, sometimes at rediculously low prices, and we fix them up if needed. Once in a while we find 1-2 bedrooms homes at reasonable prices as well and offer the same (utilities included) deal, and pets are also OK within reason. If your friend is interested just have them leave a message and next time I am on here I will touch base with them on details to see if anything we have to offer might help them out.

I have a friend that is looking for a small house to rent she has been renting a small apartment over a garage and they have sold the house and the purchaser wants to live in the apartment she had and rent the house (for way too much). She is single, no children and no pets. How would she get in touch with you. We need something close to Lebanon Jct and Radcliff if possible.

Oakridge Apartments on Main Street are income based. They are pretty nice, and it's a quiet neighborhood. My friend lives there with her family and she really likes it.

Hello, I was wondering if you would have anything around Etown for a reasonable price and for myself and 3 little ones? Even a 2 bedroom would due for us as i have all boys under 9. I would love to find something ASAP and have enough for a deposit and down payment right away. I'd prefer not to leave my personal email on this website as it had my full name in the email but I can create a new email just for the purpose of getting in touch with you the first time if you feel you may have something to offer. Thanks and look forward to hearing back!

I recently moved in with my mom nd a month ago she recieved a letter saying the house she is renting went up for auction due to foreclosure. About a week later her boyfriend moves in. Another week passes and I was at wrk, when I came home the house was completely empty. So I called my mom and she tells me she moved in her boyfriends house and me and my two daughters aren't welcome cause he dosent have room. So at the moment I'm living in an abandoned house, thankfully she left the water and electricity on. However there is no way I can afford the bills due to the fact they are last months bills and there where my mom her boyfriend and his three kidsliving here ontop of me and my two girls. So another week goes by and I get a letter in the mail saying Fannie mei now owns the property and remax is the property manager. So I call the number to remax and the guy tells me that I have two weeks to move out or they will remove my property. So I applied at every single low income apartment out here in radcliff and etwn, but they all have long waiting list. I really need some assistants in finding a home for me and my girls. I am working however due to helping my mom out with the past bills I really can't afford a deposit right away. If anyone has any information on helping me and my daughter's find a home please help. My email is deemas8707@gmail.com
