His name is listed in the Rineyville forum under the heading of Rineyville Sewer Project as one of the HC Politicians who have discussed this BRAC Rineyville WasteWater Sewer Scandal/Project and its effects on the local Bank STOCKHOLDERS who will have to absorb the bank losses if numerous home builders file bankrupsy to dodge class action lawsuits associated with this BRAC SCANDAL once the vast number of victims come forward on the heels of this sewer project into Rineyville.

NOPE!! And I'll tell you why... When he sat on the city council he voted NO on the ILLEGAL restaurant tax in Etown... Now that they have sold 48 million in bonds that HAVE to be paid back he approves of the ILLEGAL tax. Whats right is right and he KNOWS that tax is bullsh*t and he knew it then when he voted NO. We are a SECOND class city you city council crooks and EVERYONE OF YOU KNOW INCLUDING YOU TIM WALKER.. But to impose that BULLSH*T tax you have to remain a fourth class city and NONE OF YOU HAVE THE INTEGRITY to be honest and just admit you are all full of SH*T! Now then, I DEFY ANY OF YOU, but mainly you TIM WALKER AND MARTY FULKERSON to tell me I'm wrong and what you guys pulled is right... BTW your 'Field of Dreams' sucks balls and you ruined sacred ground... The ORIGINAL Babe Ruth field you disrespectful bastards!

There is someone by the name of Tim Hinson who has been quoted to call Tim walker out on a Rineyville KY Sewer/Government scandal AND was quoted to bring out the ILLEGAL Elizabethtown Restaurant Tax publically in the next Hardin County Judge Executive race later this year. Hinson does not care to cross county, city, or state boundaries to expose corruption going on in Hardin County KY. You and I both know that no one person can bring out all corruption that goes on but to expose some of it so you get to know someone who truely does desire to be a servant to the public watch what is to come with this Hinson Character.

Would you Tim Walker or Marty Fulkerson come on here and defend your actions?? I'll be waiting for a response. Because as others have said... We ALL know that tax and you lying crooked bastards are full of sh*t. Come election time we need to turn up the heat and get Martys a$$ thrown out. He was drooling to get this tax done. Thanks for the screw job a$$hole.

With Tim Walker and Marty Fulkerson You are talking about E-town city government. And that don"t vote on anything outside of the City Gov. So what does it matter about Rineyville they can"t vote on what goes out there it not E-town. The restaurant Tax is not illegal in E-town no law was broken to enact it. And by the way I have seen the folks in E-town and they are still eating so they don't care about the Restaurant Tax.

But the biggest reason this stuff Happens is not who is in office but that after it happens everyone wants to cry about it.

Now First you would Have to Find people to run for those offices that cared and Then You would have to get the people to go vote. With the turn out from the last vote we can guess that is not going to happen.

So I guess at the end of the day maybe you get to work finding the people that care around here to take a crappy job for the City or you take the pay cut and you do it.

Wait a second... First off I have NO CLUE what Rineyville has to do with anything. I don't live there and can't help what someone else posts. Second... YES the restaurant tax is bullsh*t.. They have perverted the rules to work in there favor. It states ANY town with a population of I THINK 3,999 people to 7,999 people is a fourth class city and can impose a restaurant tax. A SECOND class city CAN NOT, are you hearing me, CAN NOT impose a restaurant tax. And a second class city is made up of a population of I THINK 14,999 to 24,999. My numbers may be wrong honestly but the facts back me up. So Marty Fulkerson, the crook that he is, perverts the law by saying we can choose to be a fourth class city. It's f8ckin crooked... He knows it I know, EVERYONE knows it. So yes... It's a bullsh*t tax and the council has disrespected EVERY citizen of E-town by pulling that crap. To build a 'field of dreams'. See what new laws they will impose coming up. I HEARD, not fact, but HEARD they are going to force all children who want to play ball in the surrounding area to play there... Effectively ending South Hardins baseball program, which is a fine program. Again, I only heard that and have no facts to back that up. But again, I can freakin count, and Etown is a second class city and DOES NOT have the right to impose that tax!!! You can't argue away common sense!

And we didn't cry after it happened. We fought it all the way to the state supreme court. Unfortunately, we lost. It still doesn't make it right... Again, you can't argue away common sense! If we could pick or choose what division of class city we wanted to be in what the hell is the classification good for? We, that being Marty Fulkerson, have perverted that, and it's sickening that he got away with it.

Would you please explain? I honestly have no clue what you are talking about, but I'm very interested. Don't pull any punches, tell me who screwed who... I'm not a flamer, I care what happens around here and no that the News Enterprise can not only NOT SPELL, but can't get the facts right and choose not to print certain things. But I do want to be informed.

First of all contact your E-town Mayor and ask him about this BRAC SCANDAL.

Then you post here that you talked to him and quote what he said here. I have talked to him myself, and know what he told me.

The question is have you spoken to him yourself?

YES there is a scandal brewing!

UH... OK. Common sense dictates if I asked YOU about it chances are I HAVEN'T talked to him about it. You have been vague from post one about this... Then give me a stupid response when I ask you to inform me about it... Nevermind, I never mesh very well with whackos.. If you can't answer a straight forward question with the d*mn straight answer don't waste my time... No response necessary.

A medium sized city with a small town mentality. Etown is now the 10th biggest city in the state, yet claims to be a 4th class city so it can reap the tax benefits meant to help small towns survive.

The restaurant tax to fund a floodplain err I mean ballpark. And an alcohol tax also meant to help Mayberry hire another Barney fife. Instead we have new police uniforms, vehicles with full led light packages and 3 new officers to corral all the trouble makers of etown.

Like much of Kentucky politics, the class system is broke. Etown is the shining example of this. It is up to the cities themselves to reclassify if they become too large. We don't expect professional athletes in the nba and nfl to call their own fouls/penalties or the pitcher in baseball to call balls and strikes. But we think elected officials will be honest doing the same thing?

He will be replaced as mayor. However, how inappropriate for the person to bring to life this past post at any time, especially now. Dignity is not a familiar word for some.

I tried the same thing , the only thing I can guess is this guy is some kind of wanna be local politician and has an axe to grind, and he will ,"reveal all" come election time? do you smell the same pathetic thing I do? I am not in anyway tied to this situation ,but I wish he would make a simple point for once.
if something is really wrong , that does in fact effect citizens NOW. why wait for political gain? this guy sounds like some of the a$$bags that occupy Washington.
