Debbie has taken care of Zachary for you since he was a baby
That would depend upon what you would call taking care of him, I know for a fact that she did not. She is one lazy person looking for a free ride into senior citizenship as she doesn't work, can't hold a job so this was her ticket to grab money both from this child's mother and social programs that she has taken advantage of so face it we the tax payers are giving Miss D. a free ride.

It really would have been nice if the courts would have saw how much I did for my children and still do for the little man that's now 7 that is still with me. I cry myself to sleep everynight missing my 16 year old wondering if he is alive and well. I pray that one day God will bring us back together again as a loving bond that we all once shared. God gave me the special gift of a child when I thought I would not have any. I miscarried 2 prior to having my precious Zachary. I miss you boy everyday and will always be here for you. I picture you being trapped in a world that you feel you have no way out but to continue hating and not being allowed to show the true son that was once happy and would do anything in the world to help anyone. I love you more and more everyday and my heart will never mend until I can put my loving caring arms around you and whisper once again in your ear at night after our bed time prayer"mommy loves and Jesus loves you" I always made sure to say that to you every night before we would fall asleep. I wanted to make sure that if for some reason God decided it was time to move on that you would always know and remember that Mommy loves you. All the trauma in the world and man tears apart my children. My 7yr old doesnt even know his brother and wants to badly see him again. I cant even hold a phone conversation with my 16yr old without someone in the back ground yelling and screaming. Is this justic? I feel like this is hell on earth. If anyone happens to see this and knows my son, please let him know that I am always here for him and would do anything in the world to help him and that I miss him dearly and love him unconditionally. I know it is not his fault he is the cat thrown in with the dogs and has to do whatever he can to survive. LOVE ALWAYS, MOM

Debora never changed a diaper, never breast fed this child, I was his human pacifier. I nursed him I took care of him I can tell you every bowel moment, every urination and everytime this child ate for 2 years and Debora never offered to see this child until he was 6 months old when I went to visit her and my father for a christmas party and their house. Then she left my father and never saw him again until he was 3 years old. He had always been with me and only spent 4 nights away from me in his first 4 years of life. I dedicated my life to him and thought I was doing the right thing by becoming a nurse and advancing my carear was the worse thing I could have done, because I lost my heart, soul and my family.

The only winners in these sittuations are the lawyers. They stand to make tons of money while they help tear apart your family. I spend more that 100K on legal fees and did not make any progress in the courts until I ran out of money. Once that happened the lawyers all went home and then the gridlock stopped and I started gaining some of my rights as a parent back.

Even crackheads, junkies and addicts can get their kids back. You can represent yourself in court.Make sure you have a clean home a job and you should have no problem.I've known a many of mothers who lost a regained full custody.Take the parenting class's, don't get in any trouble and you should have no problem. I still don't understand why the court awarded temp custody to her. There's got to be more than meets the eye to this story.Did you show up for court? That's the question.
