I've lived in the area for 2 years and have never heard of this place. I drove around it and it looks great but not many people were there. I'm wondering if there are problems there I should know about.

No problems I know of. It's nice and affordable and close. Plenty of places to picnic.

We took our four kids a while back. Kind of pricey, just to swim/picnic, but worth it. Nice, clean, shady areas and if people get too rowdy(offensive) they are quickly dealt with.

I'm not sure. There were six of us and it was close to 40 bucks.

Admission is 10+$5.00 per day
3-9 $3.00 per day
0-2 free
Expensive? No, that is cheap considering all of the fun! And it would cost at least $39.00 per day to go to Wild River Country or even more than that to rent a motel room just to swim in the pool.
And for only $15 more you can rent a paddle boat too!

Does anyone know a telephone number for Indian Lake? Wanted to know if they had a season time for swimming?

The only problem I had was toilet facilities. All I saw was a stinky Port-a-potty.

It looks like a giant breeding ground for snakes...i would rather go to wild river country where theres no snakes to worry about, a bathroom, no mud and no grass. If your a country living person this will be great for you or a snake charmer!
