If you don't know them, then you just need to keep quite. The one who had to do his job should never been put in that position in the first place. Had his brother been doing what he was supposed to be doing and that does not include fighting at a bar with a lot of people. Where does it say you only do your job if it's not your family. He did what he had to do. At least it wasn't a gun.

people have become so polarized that they overlook good judgement. you either think this officer was doing his job and "protecting citizens" or he was being overzealous and unfair. while both parties overlook the simple truth. when the cop to citizen ratio in conway being higher than just about any other city in arkansas, why was the one cop who was breaking up a fight the brother of one of the guys and the officer who tazed him. was there not another officer there who could have said, no let me take this and did the tazing. its such a major conflict of interest. if the brother that was tazed is smart and there is bad blood between him and his brother, he will sue and say the only reason he got tazed is because it was his brother arresting him. as a tax paying citizen in conway it troubles me that the officer make such poor judgements. from blowing up gps games in parks to tazing folks for carrying mace in their car. i dont care if you know the guy "doing his job" or not, in my opinion, their job is to make judgements that dont create law suits.

Well if you are going to get drunk and act stupid best do it in a town you don't police, and his brother should've stayed the hell out of it he had family involved and should've let the two officers on scene handle the situation. I know I would be wanting to kick his asz for doing that, after it cools down maybe they can just go to the woods and have good ole brotherly knock down drag out fist fight.

First of all I would not be rolling around in the dirt . BUT if I would be I would rather have my brother taze me then some other officer . The other officer may keep his finger on the trigger longer besides I won't be pissted off as long at my brother then the other officer.

I know the guy that got tased and he deserved it. He is a regular at the VFW and is an alcholic. He deserved what he got and then some. Not to mention what kind of example he is setting for his children.

But now for the important question; did he say "Don't taze me bro!"?

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Libra

Remember that life isn't all fun and games: handle your responsibilities first, then plan how to have a good time. Your impulses, once you yield to them, will have a tendency to lead you further and further from where you need to be. Make sure you lock the door behind you before disappearing; when you're in this kind of mischievous mood, you probably won't want anyone else to know where you're going.
