So them holding a property for one year, that they forclosed on, didn't cost the bank any money. I wonder if I could take a one year vacation from paying my morgage and since it wouldn't cost the bank anything, they should not try to forclose or charge me any interest or late charges for that year. Another pack of lies from this scumbag and his lawyers

Thank the Lord you're here now to save us from ourselves.

By the way, you may want to cut back on the "DRINLING" water as well.
It seems to be escalating your level of ignorance.

"Nastasi said he doesn't expect the criminal charges against Mendelson to interfere with his interest in the hotel."

Other then to remind us we're dealing with a shady m-fer.

I had an idea along that line after reding the first article.
How can I write worthless checks, hand them to a bank officer, have him credit me for the deposit yet not really deposit them as they'd be returned for insufficient funds.
Then, get an attorney to purchase property worth ten times what my rubber check is written for?
The attorney immediatly re-sells the property, which my nice banker friend kept off the market and a 2 million dollar profit is made.
Even if i get a mere 25%,that's waaay more $$$ than I started with.
heck!We ALL could be wealthy if everyone could play this game.

The Americus is the last major redevelopment opportunity in Allentown's central business district.

Will the MC reporters quit quoting this from Pawlowski. There are more properties to be redeveloped between Front to 15th Street between Union and Turner Street than fingers and toes. The opportunities are endless, the free money to developers is not.

Mendelsons sentence should be to be on house arrest living in one of the lovely rooms at the Americus. Meals to be served using Sals. Entertainment is picking up used needles where the Colonial used to be.

Sentence him to additional community service on top of jail time, picking up trash in the 600 block of Hamilton st., sweeping sidewalks, etc.
