The Georgian - Pool

The Georgian has such an awesome waterpark/pool with lifeguards, etc. Does anyone know if you can pay a yearly fee to use their amenities without living in the subdivision? Not sure how the HOA can sustain the whole amenities package without enormous HOA dues to the residents....so, I thought maybe they consider subsidising from the community as a whole. I know we would consider paying in order to use their their waterpark/playground/tennis courts.

I have always wondered the same thing...Their waterpark and pool are awesome! I would live in a tent in that subdivision just to get to use their amenitites!

Our dues are $900 per month. We do not allow any "OUTSIDER".People who live here are wealthy. If we had a bunch of people using the pool by paying a few dollars.our houses would be broken into, our cars stolen, and afrosheen all over the pool.NO THANKS.If you can't afford to live here, maybe you need to use the creek behind your doublewide

I recently visit a family member at the Georgian.... I just founded hilarious the previous comment from the supposedly homeowner....people here are wealthy......not a chance....the Condo I own in New York is three times the most expensive house at the Georgian.....

So pls stop bragging about how wealthy the people here might be because from where I come from you guys would be swimming in public pools....

To the person that ask about the fee, If I was you I will contact the georgian directly.....
People there are loosing Their houses.... So they might need the extra income

Hey Steven......places like New York and L.A. have a much higher cost of living. Just because your New York condo is "three times" the value of the most expensive home at The Georgian doesn't mean that you are more well off than people around here. It means that your dollar doesn't go nearly as far in NYC as it does here. Apparently you are to stupid to understand this concept.

If we allow any outsiders in, we will have to allow blacks and welfare scum, drug users and the like. Its easier to just limit the pool to the residents.

No, the pool is only open to residents of The Georgian and their guests (we are limited to 4 guests per household). The previous comments are a little ridiculous. Our dues are $675 a year currently and there are a number of homes for sale in the community as both re- sale and foreclosure, or you can make friends with a resident and be a guest to use the pool area. We are a diverse community both economically and socially - I know teachers and plumbers as well as doctors and lawyers who live in the community. In addition, we also have a number of African-American families and a few Latino families who live in the community. Please disregard previous idiotic comments - The Georgian is just a good place live with a strong sense of community and nice people of all kinds.

You really are a bitch ! I live here too but just because you have money does not make you any better . You treat people as you would like to be treated. You on the other hand I can see that you were raised to be a spoiled snot nose brat who has grown in to a selfish and greedy bitch. Hope I don't see you at the pool ! Take you're wine and facelift self to buck head.

Nothing wrong with black, a couple that live there. And if someone were alound to pay the dues then definitely would not be the ones that are on welfare, they can not afford it. Not all people on wellfare are bad people tho. I know a few people that are good people and ashamed that they have to use the services.
