I agree there is nothing else to know other than the fact that they were both cheating. I hate cheaters and liars and neither should die,but they both need to be punished. The bible is all against cheating and when GOD SPEAKS YOU WILL LISTEN. GOD DONT LIKE DIRTY AND HE SAYS REVENGE IS MINE I SHALL REPAY. AND JUST FOR THE RECORD HE BETTER THANK GOD IT WASNT MY HUSBAND OR WIFE CUZ I WOULD HAVE TOOK IT IN MY OWN HANDS AND NEITHER WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY FROM THAT.

Bubba, i agree with the fact that the man shld be set free, but yes God is in all things. The man had every right to shoot that man.He had no buisness at that house with another mans wife. He should be in jail as the wife should be too for adultry.

The wife should go down to the farm and watch the animals. Do the cows go with the horses, do blue jays fly with the robin, or the geese float with the ducks!!!

They were both humans!! That comment was ignorant! Yes they were both wrong and will both be punished for what they did but come on people you aren't the judge or the jury and you for sure aren't God!

The fact that the man shot the guy, and that most of you said he was right in doing so, well that only fuels the gun control tightning. You can only shoot someone if you fear for your life or someone else may be harmed. His wife wasn't in harms way appearently, and i'm sure the guy was more afraid of the homeowner coming home early than the homeowner seeing the other man. In fact, the homeowner was in a jealous rage and pissed off, neither constitutes shooting another person. Besides, he should thank the guy, all he did was show how the wife wasn't fit to be. Now he can divorce her and not owe her a cent.

What if the guy didn't even know she was married? Should it be ok to still shoot him? I wouldn't think so, but if he knew she was married, he also knew he could get messed up.
