Looks like you cant even make a living anymore without being hounded by code enforcement and mayor collins. Leave the man alone and let him make a living. Make him close his business and he'll be on foodstamps and welfare like everyone else in this city

If you have not seen the I-Team investigation about the local scrap dealer educating the person wanting to sell GA. Power wire which was still on the reel marked: Georgia Power: you need too.
When the owner not an employee of this scrap company tells the person with the wire “if you take the wire off the reel will put it in the hopper and I will buy it” Then he chuckles. If that is not blatant criminal activity I don’t know what is. This outfit needs to be shut down because that’s where the thieves are going to take their goods, wake up folks.
Do you not think that his employees are an example of the management in this case the owner’s? If the authorities come down on this outfit the others will learn. The evidence is black and white.
