VILLA RICA, Ga.- Villa Rica police said a woman was attacked and sexually assaulted by a panhandler just off Interstate 20 in Carroll County.

Investigators said the woman pulled up to an intersection and a guy panhandling walked up to her car and asked for money because he needed gas.

The woman told police that she agreed to drive the man to a gas station, but instead he forced her to drive to another location and then beat and raped her.

Police said they have a general description of the suspect, but they're concerned that he could strike again.

WHY IN THE HELL did she let the guy in her car????GOD, HOW STUPID

Obviously, this poor lady's dad, husband, boyfriend or some other man in her life failed to tell her about the dangers of doing this kind stuff. I'm not trying to sound sexist, but men today should stand up and watch out for the women in their life! These predators are everywhere! So please all ladies, when your driving always keep your doors locked, don't let anyone walk up to your car. If you see one of these lowlife, begging,no good, scumbags approaching your car wave them off and if they keep coming, drive away(or better yet, over them) Be safe all

All this woman wanted was to help someone, maybe she had never been told how dangerous it is to let a strange person in her car.Maybe she had led a sheltered life and did not have a clue that someone asking for help could be so mean. After all it is Christmas time and everyone in incouraged to be nice and help each other.People should not be blameing this woman so much instead use this sad incident as an opportunity to tell your children, friends and loved ones that it is too dangerous and unsafe to pick up anyone you do not know. This is a lesson for Men as well as Women.Boys as well as Girls. This is just very unsafe.I am glad this woman was not murdered in this incident.Allthough This will probable stay with her the rest of her life. She was the victim not the crazy person she tried to help.
