villa rica is always behind on everything.The city doesnt see the dollar signs this could create just yet>KICK BACKS, UNDER THE COUNTER LICENSE, ect..ALl those take time and you should n't rush bribery.
If there was a dead possum in the roadway the city of villa rica would have to bring it before the board to see if anyone willpay them to move it.
