He should have called PeTA. They'd have sent their DEATH VAN out and his problems would be over. He may be required to pay a fine for illegal dumping when his dog's body is found in the dumpster behind the quicky-mart though.

I agree. Advocating for humans to starve to death is completely normal. Many wonderful people like Hitler, Stalin, Mao and other great figures throughout history share your beliefs. Keep up the good fight! This cannot possibly end badly!
