The worst insurance you can have is with American Access Casualty co. They never accomplish anything. Its been 2 months and they can't resolve a claim because the address of their insured is not matching. I am contacting the Better Business bureau to report them.

I agree! I was supposed to be reimbursed for two deductibles I paid prior to the defendent settling in court and agreeing to pay the claim.(I had two deductibles because the driver who was drunk and never received a DUI hit both of my cars which were parked on the street) It took almost 3 years to settle and I have only received one check for one deductible and now no one will return my calls regarding the second check for the second deductible. Not to mention the check I did receive is for an amount less than what I was told I was getting!!!

This company is the worst of the worst!! Please reconsider if you have this company as your provider for your vehicle insurance coverage. I was hit by a customer of Access American insurance company. When filing my claim with them, that provided me bogus, illegitimate responses as to why they could not authorize payment for the claim so on and so forth. I had no other choice but to hire an attorney to recover the expenses paid for my car to the vehicle owner, and oh most importantly, ALL OF THE ATTORNEY FEEíS.:) So American Access Customers beware, you have no protection with this company!! Your Insurance Company leaves you out there to get screwed!!!!!!! Simple claim under$1,000.00 has now exceeded $4,700.00 in which the customer has to pay only because Ė American Access denied their claim Ė Way to Go American Access!!

American Access Casualty Company has harmed hundreds of already injured victims of car accidents, by extremely 'undervaluing' legitimate claims, leaving the consumers damages largely uncovered. If the injured decides to file a lawsuit in civil court in search of justice, little is found because the injured will have to pay thousands of dollars in non-reimbursable legal fees, and cases can last as long as three years. AACC has no shame in vigorously fighting these cases- many involving poor and disadvantaged people.

Joanne Madigan is a liar. She was the adjuster assigned to my claim (third party). She lied to me. She blamed me for the accident (rear-ended). My daughter had this insurance company when she had a horrible wreck. After reading all the bad reviews I was afraid she was going to have trouble. They did not give us a choice of which autobody shop would repair her car. Lucky for her they towed her car which was nearly a total loss to Precision Autobody in Peoria, Il. That mechanic was a perfectionist and got her car fixed like the wreck never happened. He was great to deal with and we will use him for all our car repairs in the future. I was also worried they would not refund her premiums she paid ahead when they cancelled her, but they did.

this company is by far THE WORST insurance company i have ever seen. their customer service is horrible! they never returned my calls and to speak with a representative about something took hours. i had to hire an attorney just to get them to call me back! i got hit by one of THEIR drunk drivers, while my car was PARKED.. and have been without a vehicle for almost a month. not only did i have to get a new car... but i had to pay $500 out of my own pocket for something that was NOT my fault! i even made sure i paid to overnight her the title to my vehicle and i also paid for her to overnight the check back to me and she 'did not get the envelope.' this company SUCKS!!!!

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. Such insurance companies as the American Access Casualty need to be shut down. I was involved in an accident with a man who has this insurance. He stopped at a green light, without a specific reason. His license was suspended, and there was a police cat at the intersection. He was most likely suddenly frightened, and stopped, causing an accident of three cars. I was the third car that bumped into the second, which bumped into this man's van. When I contacted his insurance company, the representative I spoke to was rude and did not answer my calls. I continued calling her throughout the month before the court date, and she kept on saying it was my fault that I rear-ended this guy. Who stops on a green light because they see a police car?! I decided to go to their office and see the manager/supervisor (whoever was in position above the girl I spoke to). I got there, waited for that representative, once again showed her the police report. She rudely told me to leave them alone and to stop saying that its this man's fault. I said I will continue fighting for getting my car fixed. I asked her to call her manager. She called her manager/supervisor, Kathy, who was the rudest supervisor I have ever met! This woman does not know the definition of customer service and does not know how to communicate. I highly doubt that such people should be allowed to work at companies that provide constant customer service and communication. She was rude and kept on yelling at me. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO EVER PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE, DO NOT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES, AND NO HELP IS WHAT YOU WILL GET IF YOU WORK WITH THEM. Save your time and health, and don't even consider them. THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY.

This is the worst company and enough is enough time to put a stop to it my story is the same exact as everyone else u know "we can't get ahold from our insured" they have scammed so many people it isn't even funny I want to get everyone together and file a class action lawsuit against this company anyone with the same interest I encourage you to contact me do we can stop these crooks once and for all please email me at [email protected]

i would like to get everyone who was wronged by these crooks aka American access insurance and I would like to get a class action lawsuit together they have wronged so many ppl and enough is enough lets do something about it it's always the same story with these ppl lets fight back please email me [email protected].com

This company is the scum of the earth, why are they still in business? I was hit by a driver and it was clearly his fault. My front bumper is ruined and they would not pay to fix that. The paint from the other driver is still on my bumper, what the hell? I hate this piece of crap company and hope they all die from their own insureds.

They are still in business and still scamming their customers. Google the company and the Ana Reyes case to see just what kind of scum these people are. I don't know how you go about driving someone like this out of business - somehow they need to lose their license to insure - but I'd love be a part of their demise

One of AACC driver's hit my parked vehicle. We have been waiting for 2 weeks to get an answer on when we can take it in to be repaired. We had to travel to one of their facilities to get an estimate done (really shady place) and now they are saying they will only pay what that body shop quoted. They will not pay if I don't take my car to one of their affiliated shops. This is ILLEGAL in every state. They cannot state or even suggest that they will not pay for damages unless a claimant takes the vehicle to their repair shops.

I refused and told them I was taking my car to the dealership where I purchased it and I wanted a rental car to use while my car was being repaired. They had agreed to set up a rental car if I went to their shop but when I said that they refused to set up the rental car saying that it would just be an argument in pricing over that too so no they would not. Again, ILLEGAL!! I am filing a complaint with the Illinois Department of Insurance, the Texas Department of Insurance in Austin, and with the BBB. Everyone here should file complaints as well. This company can not keep getting away with this sort of illegal behavior!

I am going to file a complaint against American Access with the BBB in Illinois. I was rear ended by a car that they insure and they are trying to tell me that they will not pay for damages because the driver isn't their insured. In the state of Illinois you are required to have both:

Liability Insurance
and
Uninsured motorist coverage

I'm not sure how they stay in business. I'm going to get legal help to fight this.

I was hit by a car insured by American access and they are trying to claim that they are not liable because the driver is not on the policy....In the state of Illinois you have to have the minimum Liability and uninsured motorist.....I would love to get people together and file a lawsuit against them let me know if you are interested

ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!

I was car less for THREE Months. If I hadnít decided to claim thru my own insurance company I probably would never see my car again. I was Rear ended by one of their policyholder and ever since then i get nothing but HEADACHE, STRESS, AND FINANCIALLY RUINED. They did not reimburse my car rental which they said they would. They are CHEAP, liars, and will do anything NOT to pay you.

Claudia Carmona needs to get fired and the company needs to get out of business! You get hit with one of their policyholder you are SCREWED FOR GOOD!

3 weeks, several emails, several phone calls, and still no reply from their adjuster Brad Cassato. Using my insurance company to go after their insured driver who was at fault. Looks like my lawyer needs to be involved. I have no problem putting all the liability on their driver and dragging her through the courts. Why do people use this company is beyond me.
