The sniping between city Rep. Emma Acosta and her challenger, Jose Alejandro Lozano, reignited Thursday when El Paso County Judge Anthony Cobos filed an ethics complaint against Acosta.

The FBI should investigate how Lozano got a hold of Acosta's job application. This is the worst part of all of these allegations. Imagine if your neighbor, competitor--or worst yet--your sworn enemy got a hold of your job application, tax return, or health record? That is a serious violation of trust that someone should be adjudicated for.

Give me a break. Lozano is setting Acosta up. And as far as Cobos.....talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Cobos is as unethical as they come. That goes for Lozano, too. If anyone needs investigating, it is these two bozos. Spare El Paso the continuous shame of being in public office. These two are in cahoots. Their motives are transparent and sickening. Emma Acosta is much better than her opponent. I hope she wins by a landslide.
