"I question if they know what they are doing at all," said O'Keefe. "You can't put in an application and say that you want to build eight or nine plants, but we don't know where."
As one who lives along the McKenzie, I have to say that I agree. It may or may not be feasible to build these plants, but you just can't drive 8 or 9 stakes in the ground arbitrarily along the cleanest river in the country and say, "That looks good, right about there."
