The Collings Lakes Civic Association Election for Oct. 2009

Greetings ~ Just Curious If non-member easement holders that are required to pay the Maint. fee to the Association were included in the election of Trustees? I know of a few non-member easement holders whose requests for ballots were ignored and had no opportunity to vote on the matter....While I can understand Nominees requirement for membership..I don't get why fee paying easement holders would be excluded..did ANY non-member easement holders receive a ballot?

I requested a ballot and a newsletter so I may know whats going on in and around collings lakes. Emailed the Pres of Association several times and never got a responce.I guess I have to keep giving them my $48.00 but have no rights.

I'm honestly more curious if The Easement holders will have an opportunity to vote on this years proposed annual budget..or if the CLCA will "self-approve" the budget.....
