Man arrested for impersonating officer

A suspected San Bernardino gang member was arrested Wednesday evening on suspicion of posing as a police officer and detaining people outside a Victorville skating rink.

i cant belive this about justin i have know justin about 12 years and he has never been in a gang he has always been a hard worker and more so with the law not agenst it, and one thing before you people start going and passing jugment get all the facts first there is ALWAYS 2 sides to a story,he is a good man trying to make a living for his family i know he would never do what they are saying he did. stay strong justin

Are you guys serious? A judge issued a search warrant to raid his home, there had to have been very substantial evidence against him. There is no agency that I know of that sounds anything like "California Highway Patrol". WHy was this idiot detaining people? What kind of non-police job requires a civilian to need Police issued gear?
