A Victorville woman killed in a car crash Friday while driving her brother to school has been identified as 19-year-old Cyndy Diaz.

no, she was hit by an alcoholic drink-driver, (formerly drunk driver) who ran a red light. my friend was in the emergency room when she went from life to death and my friend was really shaken.
