NY will have a new law concerning this very soon, they need to generate more money so they can spend it on garbage things no one needs !!
$5,000.00 fine if yopu knowingly participate in a run and you have heart problems, 2nd offense is a felony ad punishable by a prepaid 3 month hospital stay and a fine of 10,000.00 dollars..
VOTE OUT THE INCUMBENT NOVEMBER 2ND!!
