They gave you a second chance and you blew it. Now, get off the crack or the meth in jail and enjoy another felony on you record.

Ya see Mary Ellen...we even have to leave our town to shoplift, because there isn't anything in IRONDEQUOIT. When I sent a letter voicing my concerns about the "rift raft" etc. You said that you didn't see it that way. Well perhaps you should there are alot people upset how our town is in the downturn and if you and others don't find a way to keep this town a place where people want to live and new business want to develop, there will be no stopping the flood of people leaving the area, property value decreasing, etc. This USED to be a wonderful place to live but it's not anymore and if you want people to stay, you're going to have to qualify the high taxes with nothing to offer to it's residents.

This guy has a parole date of 2011,,this means he went to a SHOCK camp and was given the chance at early release,,he had a sentence of 3 to 9 years,,the state cut it down from years to months,,,why is this guy running the streets and were is his parole officer,,,he is a perfect example of the flawed screening process the dept. of corrections,,,he was sentenced for 3 felony's one of which carries a 15 year sentence,,lets hope the dept. of parole and his parole officer get it right this time..he had his chance to straighten out his life and he chose to continue with his occupation,,,THIEF

This kid still doesnt know what doing time in prison is. He was received upstate sept. 08 and released may. 09. Thats basically 1 month in reception, 1 month waiting for a spot to open in Lakeview - shock camp, and 6 months of that BS. He's F@#$ked, because that 7 years of parole he had left until 2017, goes on the back of his new sentence. If he gets say 5-10 (hypothetically speaking) it automatically becomes 5-17 with his remaining parole time. This greatly affects your CR or (conditional release date) which gives the parole board another 4 years/8 months to continually hit him with. Another 5 years (almost) is know joke when you're sitting up there. Anyone who's familiar with sentencing guidelines will know what i'm talking about. Anyone who's been there definitely know's what i'm talking about.

He didn't carjack an old lady or mug someone. The dope thought he would fit in as a "Lord and Tayor" shopper, which pretty much puts him in the class of really stupid criminals. He is about 60 years to young to shop at Lord and Taylor. I myself wish for the VIOLENT felons to serve hard time, not dimwits like this guy.
