I think Larry Lanford made the correct dicission not to plea. The idea from the start was to create a reason for an appeal. Attorney threatt Knew he could not win in tuscaloosa, so he went to plan "B", which is to keep Larry Lanford out of jail for as long as possible. According to Federal law, it is likely that he will get a new trial. Don't be suprized if you see Larry Langford running for mayor when this is over. Keep your up Larry. You"ll be just fine in the end. By the way, I think you have done a great job with trying to raise Birmingham to the city it should be. You did more in the short time that you were mayor than any of the previous mayors before you took offices.
