McMillin certainly should not be in office based on any moral character, because he has NONE. Ask him about the Marsh accident in 1993....'nuff said.

Jud resigned as Assistant Prosecutor because he was coming back to Franklin County to practice law with his father. The complaint against him was dropped. The only reason it was filed in the first place was because the father of the man sent to jail in that case was a defense attorney. He pushed the woman to file the complaint against Jud. Contact Jud, he will give you the court documents that drop the complaint. Also, he has an impeccable rating with the Bar Association. Please do your homework. Mr. Bischoff is grasping at straws. Bob is a wonderful man, it is simply time for him to retire. 33 years of the same good ole boy politics is way more than enough.
How can you get on here and tell tales like that. Jud left Dayton with his tail between his legs. Running back to Daddy, just like he always does. I bet he won't give you the one file that has been sealed. He has trashed Bischoff just as much as Bischoff has bashed him. Yes 33 years is a long time, but I will take the lesser of two evils. I vote for Bob. He is a very nice man, when he talks to you he looks you in the eye, and I know he is not checking out my daughter when we walk away.

Voted for Jud
Realize it's the day after but wanted to comment.
I've know Bob and his family for a long time. He's a nice guy. Being a nice guy doesn't mean you're in touch with the issues.

First: Bob's been in for abt 30 yrs, it's past time for a change.
Second: He made some extremely inappropriate comments directed toward a specific economic group at a debate/news conference in our area. Local news media didn't publish. Jud was ethical enough not to use them in ads.
Third: When Bob's been asked privately about important issues (jobs, taxes, etc) he either changes the subject or blames delays on Daniels.

Jud has been very open about his background in any forum we've attended. He stopped at our house, talked w/my husband for about 15 minutes. Husband saw him in town 2 days later. Jud called him by name, shook hands, and talked with him again!

After our research Jud looks like a good candidate for a change in the State Congress.

Mitch got what he wanted from Dist. 68.
You will see the the tax money from all 3 boats in S. E. Indiana go to Indy! They will pass it out to their friends, oops, I mean, the counties and municipalities as the republicans see fit.
I give them less that a year.

Like Mark Twain said, "Politicians and diapers need to be changed often, and for the same reason."
