Funny to me that everyone who uses these supplements and say they dont work always get the same response. It goes something like well you need to eat more or less n excersise correctly.if thats the case I DONT NEED YOUR PRODUCT then do .I never did

I took the CTS 360 program and it is a joke I did not lose any weight. I went back to the store to complain and that put me on AM Full body burn cpasules and they were a joke also. Don't waste you money. Exercise and eat properly you will be better off. I believe all complete nutrition products are just a scam for them to make a bunch of money.

I consider GNC to be expensive but they still put prices on there stuff. It's pretty sad when complete nutrition makes GNC look cheap! And never tell a sales person how much you can spend! The sales girls were nice and helpful because they know when a sucker walks in the door. New flash sales people on commission don't go into sales because they are nice and like to help people... They do it for the $$$$$$!!! I'm just trying to help people out and I'm being honest when I say you can buy the same products that will give you the same results for 60-80% less than what complete charges!

I have been using the 360 tone and another 360 one. the girls where very helpful. tried to get me to buy a pack and yes they get up right away when you walk in the door its called good service. and no y would you have prices on the items if they are that expensive. the people want you to talk to them and them to beable to explain the item to you and how it helps you. if u walked in and saw the prices you would walk right out. I have taken this product for about a week now and have lost 4lb! on every single weight lose bottle their says will work with proper diet and excersis plan! duh! these pills r just to give you the extra push and the extra help. I really believe in their product and the manager that sold it to me even said that if i dont start to see a difference in a week that i can come back and they will give me a different product to try. weight lose pills are like a bra. you have to find the perfect one to fit and lifts right. you might not find it the first time. I even got a letter in the mail from her with a $20 off coupon on my next visit and her hand written asking me how it was doing and to come in soon to see how it is working for me! The first thing she tried to sell me was over $200 i told her i couldnt go over 150 and she found something for me! I think they are wonderful and at my store they do a good job and care about the people that come in the store and wants to help any way possible. You cant just sit around and expect the fat to wonder off! Stop being lazy and blaming the store for this stuff!

I purchased the Complete Nutrition Total Weight Loss Program and was warned about the Nausea, but I feel this program made me EAT MORE in order to combat the nausea so I did not lose ANY weight. Was terribly disappointed.

Had my latest visit to Complete Nutrtion yesterday, bought my items and lost 3 pound before I opened the bottle. WOW! this stuff really works. I think I will sit back with a bowl of ice cream watch a movie or two and pop some pills and lose 10 pounds. Thanks Complete Nutrition now I can save money by dropping my gym membership.

I am a former employee and they are sale people that just want you to spend more and more money. The goal is to get the most product in your hand and the most money out of you. I have witnessed owners making you take many different products that you can't take that much to to make the sale. If I was anyone I would avoid this company at all costs and if you like supplants buy at bodybuilding.com so you may be free to buy why you need. The workers are all trained to sell. They don't necessarily need to know anything about dieting and working out. Please be careful and you can get products for half the price that work just as well other places. Just wanted to fill the whole country in on how this company works so that people quite getting ripped off. Also the salespeople are free to make deals so never pay full price for anything if you do want to shop there. Personally, after working there and seeing how they do business and the workings of the whole company I will stay far away forever.

i purchased the complete nutrition reveal package that cost me 200.00 plus i purchased a protein shake which was more beneficial the the reveal kit. the accelrator does mimc the old weight loss phe ohen thats why there are so many complaints of having headaches, chest pain and the jitters. i would reccommend only the protein shakes, they are an excellent source of protein, surpresses your appetite,it sure beats stopping and getting doughnuts inthe morning instead you can have a protein shake. Like lots of diet pills they respond too everybodys body differently and just may not be the diet for you. However, the nightime pill only made me sleepy and who can eat if they are sleep! i agree they are over priced and the salesman try too sell you everthing and kind of get mad if you dont buy anything, they must work on commission especially since they seem too puch the charger for men and the reveal for woman. i really thing think they need too reevaluate there product and lower the price because the overall consumer rsults doesn't justify the high cost....

I have read mixed results above but figure I would let everyone know I had a very nice experience. I lost 24lbs and am still taking the shakes. The store employee wrote down a workout program for me and I think that has helped a lot.
I stumbled on this & after reading several bizarre "reviews" I appreciate your succinct and calm review.

I'm a 21 year old girl, whose 145lbs and Refirm was a total rip off for me. I work out regularly and eat real healthy. Unfortunately i think the pills work only for individuals with higher weight and BMI. I felt so jittery and sleepless for the whole week i took it. If anybody wants mine your free to have it as well! Totally not taking a single capsule of it anymore.

STOP BLAMING THE PRODUCTS!!!! If you want to just take something and lose weight, try meth. You won't have to change a thing and you'll lose weight.....and teeth, hair, etc. Man i am so sick of hearing people tear down a good product because of their own laziness. I don't misspelled words with my pen and then go blaming Sharpie. If your weight loss product is not working...then there is something YOU are not doing. ALL SUPPLEMENTS are only ment to SUPPLEMENT your EXISTING diet and exercise, hence the name SUPPLEMENT. Meaning you should be seeing results no matter what, but a little better results if your taking supps. SIMPLE!!!
Maybe you should blame your English teacher for your lack of proper grammar and spelling.

I go to complete nutrition all the time, I used to go to many other nutrition stores and only go to complete nutrition now for all of my supplements. While their stuff can be pricey, you have to compare it to other products, their weight loss kits cost a little more, but you also get two months vs 45 days worth of product, their stuff is tested before they put it on the shelf for accuracy and ingredient content, and you can't beat their customer service (if you go to the right store). I've had them recommend changing my exercise regime THEN consider buying supplements, whereas other places will just push products at you, they don't have to sell certain products certain months, and are really helpful when it comes to each individual person. If their stuff is over stimulated for you, it's all relative, the stuff that works, you're going to FEEL it, that's just how it works. If you don't feel it as much, you aren't losing as much weight, period. Not to mention they have so much interaction with their customers that can't be matched, with thank you cards, postcards, and coupons, you really can't beat the customer service. While I HAVE been in there and seen people get charged different prices for the same thing, if you keep an eye out for their coupons it's not hard to get a cheap price on everything, their buy one get one 1/2 off, and buy 2 get one free offers help with the prices. Compared to other nutrition stores, while you pay a premium for their quality products, it's definitely one of the best.

Side note: you all DO know they have other products right? The refirm kit is one of the more stimulated kits, which is why people are seeing results from it, they have kits with less and even NO stimulants in it, but they don't work nearly as well. These kits are designed to be a weight loss AID, not a weight loss SOLUTION, get in the gym and eat right, if you do that AND one of these kits, you will see crazy results, miracle pills don't exist, and won't. The more results you want from your kit, the more you're going to feel it.

I'm not sure where you worked at, but I completely disagree with your statement. Maybe the employees at YOUR store were product pushers, but all of us here at THIS complete nutrition location aren't. If somebody comes in and says "I want this", then we'll let them buy it. As with any retail store that ever existed, sales keep us up and running, but at OUR store, we would rather somebody walk out with information about eating right at exercising appropriately if it means it will benefit them more than a product will. In fact, the reason I STARTED working here was because I wanted to help people get healthier, not sell them stuff. I've had 40 minute conversations with people about how to eat and workout, and they walked out with nothing but knowledge in their head, and that's all I want for our clients, satisfaction and results. If supplementation will help their goals, I'll recommend it, if they don't need it, I will literally tell them "this would be overkill, but it will help", or "this is too much for what you really need". So I sympathize with the customers that have to put up with product pushing supplement store employees, but that's not our intention at this store.
