Caught On Tape: Cops Tase Man In Case of Mistaken Identity, Joke About Planting Drugs On Him
Two Seaford police officers pulled over a Dagsboro man on the night of his 43rd birthday, fired a stun gun into his ribs and roughly handcuffed him, mistakenly believing he was someone else, according to a federal lawsuit complaining about the 2011 incident.

While Johnson was being held, officers searched his car and an officer, identified as Cpl. Aaron Mitchell, could be heard on the video saying,“Somebody drop the dope in here.” That was followed by laughter in an apparent reference to planting drugs in the car, according to the suit.

Get a life a**h*le. Cops are humans too. Anyone could be capable of most of these situations. They will be investigated, and if probable cause is found, prosecuted ---- just like anyone else.

Actually they are under durress and have a inability to perform in the line of duty because of their extensive DA FILE. They are found guilty of all crime sthey were assgined to arrest and refused or ignorent of law as to what code to put as arrest or detainment or court date for judicial prosecutions as if they committed the crime themself for having conference, witness or affiliations with a criminal or felon or fugative at large.

Profiling, stalking, unlawful contact with a civilian, unlawful profiling AKA suspicians or gossip that is done with more then 3 people conspired to harm or disrupt a civilans life, Leading officals to take unlawful actions or comittments.

I am a Traumatic BRian Injury to even suggest any medications and caught for me to use just because I refuse to do the things people and police gossiped is classifed attempted murder. You can not medicate a head injury especially a brain injury, If a officer attmepts to detain or suggest at a ER or Psych ward they are up on murdetr charges and all counts above, not licensed to even make a medicla observation.

They always think hooker or drug dealer or addict, I DONT DO DRUGS< I DONT SELL DRUGS< I PAID FOR MY MEN (GOLD, CLOTHES AND CASH, FOOD, booze, darts, pool sticks and car parts) IDIOTSSSSS
