I took my watch to the store in hill dale mall about 6 months ago. The young man behind the counter seemed very unhappy to be there, and was a little rude! That is the main reason for not dropping off my watch that day. I returned in December and dropped off my Harley Davidson edition Bolovia watch, valued at 500 - 600 dollars. They did not claim that on my receipt, so the watch was automatically claimed for 75.00 in case of reimbursement. Secondly it took 2 months to fix the watch. I called several times and they kept telling me it was taking longer than expected, and they would call me when it was complete. I waited three weeks and after no call, I called them. The gentleman said, coincidently, we just finished it! When I arrived the store the young man was behind the counter again, and still generally unhappy to be there! I tried to ask what was wrong with the watch, but he seemed, as in the past..... Rude! He gave very short answers and never really got to the point. I have own my own company, and would have fired someone who treated customers in that way!
I will not be returning, nor referring anyone to that store, mainly because of the rude, unhappy employee!
