"The commonwealth's attorney's office says it has the results, but won't say what they are."

Last sentence of the article. Did you even bother to read it.

Just my opinion but........
Jessica has suffered enough.....Drinking or not Amber and Mike made a choice that night to get in the car with her. Speeding yes....she should be charged. Amber nor Mike were angels. What happened is terrible, but don't lay all the blame on Jessica's shoulders. Don't forget they were drinking to! Jessica is haunted by what happened. I see it in her eyes every time I see her, jail is NOT what she needs.
And why shouldn't she spend time with her ex....they have a child together. I say thats a great reason for them to be together.
All the blame should be on Jessica's shoulders she was a drunk driver. If there wasn't so much education about the dangers of drunk driving I might agree with you. However that is not the case and she knowingly and willingly drove drunk. Life in prison with the knowledge that she KILLED two people with her irresponsible action is just punishment. Sweeping this under the rug and saying she learned her lesson would not be the right thing for anyone including her. Her victims don't get a second chance nor should Jessica.

I did read it, they have it now. The lab has been the hold up. The CWA doesn't have to release this info publicly until it goes to trial. What is your point? My point is until the labs give the attorneys the results nothing can happen.

And my original point was the Defense didn't have ANYTHING to do with the delay. Again with something you didn't read.

To In the Know, you don't know. Ambers gparents did a lot for her, but to say Mike contributed nothing is just ignorant. What did Jessica contribute????? Her DUI was not dropped it was Nol Pros which means if there is enough evidence they can still try her on it for up to one year after the fact. So once again you don't know!

Regardless of her past or what is going on with her and her husband. She killed to people for a sip of alcohol. She needs to pay the consequences, nonetheless the loss of her daughter is going to be the greatest pain and not consequence can be as great as that pain. She needs to be brought to justice for those two lives. May God have mercy on her.

She was not drinking is the whole point. Her blood alcohol was 0.00. The media continues to report she was driving drunk. All these comments continue to state she is a drunk driver as a result of listening to the media who is misinformed. The DUI was dropped and Finalized 3 months ago. Look it up online. I do agree she was driving too fast, I do agree she lost control of the vehicle. But I do not agree with the misinformation that she was driving drunk. She has suffered the loss of her daughter with whom she had a relationship regardless of what anyone may want to think. Leave her alone in her misery. She will suffer from now on from this mistake.

Did anyone stop and think maybe it wasnt alcohol they were testing for? A DUI is driving under the influence of any substance. So maybe her BAC was 000, but apparently her blood contained something for the grand jury to have enough to indict her on.

Everyone does stupid things. Jessica's mistake ended in the death of her daughter and ex....while most of our stupid things end up fine. I think punishment is needed but not jail. She is suffering daily.

I don't know what the additional testing that was sent off said about that, but the test done in the ER that night were negative for drugs, alcohol or any other substance. Hence the 000. We shall see what comes out in court.

Yes this is very sad but at the the same time I think this lady should get just as much time as someone who murders someone.. You know that you shouldn't drink and drive , ITS ILLEGAL. I know she is probably going through a lot of pain because she killed her daughter with her silly actions , it was very crazy of her daughter to get in the car with her after she had been drinking . But me being a person who is totally against drinking and driving , she needs to get plenty of time .
Just curious as to how you would feel if the DUI charges are thrown out? She was not drinking and driving. According to ER test the night of the accident for drugs, alcohol and subtance...... 000.

You sound like you've never done anything wrong. I bet you talk on your phone when you drive. Maybe you dropped something on your car floor board & retrieved it while driving or maybe you had a deep booger & got distracted.
