A Memphis business owner and former owner of a popular bar in Shannon recently tried to reopen the business, but were denied by Shannon aldermen.

Mississippi is run by a bunch of backwoods yahoos and that is why this State will remain entrenched at the bottom of EVERYTHING. But as long as the Churches own the Mayor and he does their bidding above all else, then they will COST Shannon a lot of money when this lady is allowed by LAW to open her bar.
