Gun control and limiting armament is essential to the well being of the general populace. Gone are the days of yesteryear. Gunslingers have retired to boot hill. Desperadoes are fewer per capita. Technology has advanced that offer several methods of personnel defense. From chemicals to electronics and or mechanical that makes the gun unnecessary necessity.
Reducing the arsenal capabilities to the general public would help. Having professional clinics . that can address the mentally handicap, is another part of this equation, would be a benefit for nullifying the source of some of the violent atrocities outburst.
Presently our USA is severely lacking in the care and treatment of our mentally handicap. Jails is the most common answer to the street mentally handicap. Alas educating them within an atmosphere of frustrations and criminal activities.
This discrepancy suggest, that the reduced arsenal to the citizens, should ban military professional weapons. Violence’s collateral damage would then be restrained to the effectiveness of the weapons that can be purchased.

Judges should not have fully immunity, fully agree with Sandra Day O'Connor. The day is going to come when Judges are going to be held accountable for there actions.

I will not go into details but these Judges need to be removed from the bench for being extremely prejudicial, there suppose to rule without prejuduce or recuse themselves.

We have a right to bare arms but where do they have to be located is not absolutely clear.

Like a controlled warehouse or sheriffs office?

I would like to live in a society one fine day where we don't need arms.

I'd like to live in society where we would no longer need police and each citizen was able to
respect the right of others. Unfortuantely, it seeems were head in the complete opposite direction, if stadium decorum is an indicator.Fights in the stands because the guy next to you is rooting for the other team?

Death threats to athletes? death threats to General Managers ?because your team is not currently up to par at this time?

Simply absurd.

As long as Obama can hold that 8 point lead until Nov 6th I don’t care what anyone says or does.. my remaining fear is that Romney may do well in the debates-that could change the race. Romney tends to flub and stutter when thinking on stage though.. If Obama can doge the post Benghazi bullets he should win the election with close to 300 electoral votes..

I fully agree and the one in the lead runs the greater risk. I think President Obama will hold his own quite well.

Romney speaks in so many tongues, he is the most likely to flub, one of those tongues is called fork tongue.

One day he's far right, the next day he's center and then he's far left depending on his audience. President Obama has in my view been very consistent.

Contrary to Hannity, O'Reilly et al We need four More.

Spot on and even better;
Karl Rove, George W. Bush’s top political adviser for over a decade and the brains behind an outside group that hopes to raise and spend $300 million opposing President Obama’s re-election, released his first analysis of the 2012 electoral map this week, picking Obama as the early favorite.
His electoral map, pegs the president as the solid favorite in 18 states totaling 220 electoral votes, and as the slight favorite in another five states (New Hampshire, Nevada, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania) totaling 64 votes; the combined 284 electoral votes would be well over the 270 needed to win a second term.
Update Oct.
Presently Obama leads all swing states by a margin of 3to 5 points. One state that has produced a mystery was Florida showing Obama with a 9 point lead. Curious Fox Network hit that 9 Point favorite for Obama about a month ago and then CNN did the same with that 9 point favorite for Obama. Is this an indication of under currents that have yet to surface? Rove losing supporters for Presidential race. He is now focusing on senatorial and state local representatives.. Now we should focus on our senators and get rid of Connie Mack. He only out sources himself to California as soon as he gets in office. His record being one of the sheep of no, no, no, leadership and hostage/ransom demands to our Main Street USA is reason enough to be rid of him. Prefer Bill Nelson…
Anybody know if Hardioloplis , Cannon and Thresher up for the state senate reelections. 3 characters that should be promoted to civilian life. No, no, no leadership with them either . Oh what the heck lets just get rid of any republican running for office and send them a loud and clear message, of what we think of their no, no, no, leadership hostage/ransom demands to our Main Street USA. A Tsunami to wash out the motley Tea from our halls of Congress..

Well, well; There has been voter fraud going on and guess who is behind it?
In Florida, G.O.P. Says Voter Forms Are Suspect
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
Published: September 28, 2012

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.(AP)— What first appeared to be an isolated problem in one Florida county has spread statewide, with election officials in at least seven counties telling prosecutors or state election officials about questionable voter registration forms filled out on behalf of the Florida Republican Party.

State Republican officials fired Strategic Allied Consulting, the company they had hired to register voters, and on Thursday filed an election fraud complaint against it with state officials.
“We are doing what we can to find out how broad the scope is,” said Brian Burgess, a spokesman for the state party.
The company said that it was cooperating with elections officials and that the suspect forms had been turned in by one person, who was fired.“Strategic has a zero-tolerance policy for breaking the law,” Fred Petti, a company lawyer, said Thursday.
Questionable forms have shown up in South Florida, including Miami-Dade County, as well as in northeast Florida and the Florida Panhandle.
Election officials in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties on Thursday handed over more than 100 forms to local prosecutors. Officials in Palm Beach County alerted prosecutors days earlier.
Ann W. Bodenstein, the elections supervisor for Santa Rosa County, said her staff started raising questions after an employee saw a form that changed the home address of a neighbor.
Paul Lux, Okaloosa County’s election supervisor, said all of the questionable forms in the Florida Panhandle appeared to have come from Strategic’s base at the local Republican Party headquarters. He said his office had turned up dozens of them.
Mr. Lux said some forms listed dead people and some were incomplete or illegible. He met with prosecutors on Friday, he said, but added that his staff was still going through hundreds of forms.
Mr. Lux, a Republican, said he warned party officials this month when he first learned that the company was paying people to register voters.“I told them ‘This is not going to end well,’” he said.
Mr. Lux also heard a complaint from Mary Blackwell, the head of the local chapter of the League of Women Voters, who raised questions about Strategic employees.
Ms. Blackwell said that the league’s Okaloosa chapter had conducted a registration drive at a college in Niceville and that a person who was registering voters told her he was “lucky” he had applications only from Republicans or independents.
The state party paid Strategic more than $1.3 million.

Lets see how republican propganda works on this issue.. It will give us an idea on just how much BS they have been shoving down our throats with thier Ominious Corprotist Elitis funds.

Man pleads not guilty to bringing cocaine from Venezuela to US

MIAMI — A man detained at Opa-locka Airport earlier this month pleaded not guilty to accusations of helping bring cocaine from Venezuela to South Florida.
Jefferson Castillo, 38, was charged with assisting in bringing more than 300 kilograms of cocaine from Venezuela to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport in August 2009.
According to federal court documents, Castillo collaborated with a group of men to transport the drugs. Paul Cordoba would fly the planes while Antonio and Marlon Cordoba would help pack and transport the drugs. Francisco Gamera Medina and Ramon Enrique Acosta would help unload and distribute the drugs in South Florida.
Paul and Marlon Cordova remain fugitives, according to prosecutors.
Castillo was detained March 5 after Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents found him as he got ready to board a private flight to Venezuela.

Ryan He'd pickpocket the middle class to line the pockets of the rich. His tax plan is Robin Hood in reverse. He wants to cut taxes by $4.6 trillion over the next decade, but only for corporations and the rich, like giving families earning more than $1 million a year a $300,000 tax cut. And to pay for them, he'd raise taxes on middle- and lower-income households and butcher social service programs that help middle- and working-class

AhHa? Whose your Daddy ? Is he a lot like you? Has he taken the time to show you the way? I don't think so.

Well see if he lost in November, the one who laughs last often last best, this isn't finished by no means.

The fact his sons can't move him on anything means, Romney is dense, thick headed

and not open to any suggestions. of any kind. A know it all.

He's simply not an open minded individual. This is not good.

Is that's what you really want in your Prseident?

Your a racist for sure and that doesn't benefit anyone, least of which is yourself. I would do some SOUL searching If I were you.
